John traveled to Mexico, met the group of medical professionals who will do the special operation on his brain. However, after the surgery, something was amiss, the "mansion" where the surgeon and nurses and the mastermind had abandoned the place. Right there, John called his assistant and set up their own vengeance for vengeance GAME apparatus, too sadistic, too violent and evil to punish the professional con artists scammers known for stealing the victims money and had deceived and lied all the hope for the cure. BIG LIES! GREAT EVIL SCAM!
