The Secret Weapon Of TV Series

My daughter loves watching NCIS TV series,  for a month now. There is something very interesting in that television drama series with touch of comedy and little of action. It's more about forensic investigation and autopsy. What is the secret behind this long-running TV series?

The characters of NCIS are not only smart but each one of them contribute "special skills and expertise" to the characters they played and performed. Each one of them has mannerism that is "common to one character." Each actor and actress has their own way of proving that their specific role has value to the whole cast and to the whole one hour conflict which they have to resolve within one hour or to be continued the next episode. Yup, the words "to be continued" is what my daughter is after. The SUSPENSE!

It has the same plot of other TV series that she used to watch such as "THE LOST." She can understand the story of a very complicated television series. This is also what's happening with other series such as TWD (The Walking Dead), BORN HEROES, then the MARVEL: Agents of Shields, SUPERGIRL and The FLASH.

With too many redundant TV Shows and TV Series the need for new television series is a must for children and adults who are inspired from the kind of shows shown on TV and movies.

To appreciate all TV series with a super heroes theme that gives inspirations to children and adults with autism then NEW EPISODES are added bonus.

American Idol Has Returned on its 15th Season!

It's good to know that we will be entertained once again with talented singers from different parts of the United States, at least on TV.  I have no singing talent but I know when I heard  beautiful songs sang by beautiful singers with beautiful voices. With three multi-talented singer-musicians as judges (Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick , hosted by another multi-talented Ryan Seacrest) ) you know that they will properly judge contestants based on their natural talent for singing. The long audition will be tedious and competitive due to many requirements and qualifications brought along by people who are artistically inclined to their ambition to be the next "American Idol." Singing is a job. It can be just sort of a hobby for some people but singing is the next best thing to stardom, to show business and when you become a celebrity you'll earn wages faster than anybody else. You can buy everything. You can become rich, fabulous and famous! You can be a millionaire!

The Unforgettable Hollywood Stars at the 73rd Golden Globes Award Ceremony of 2016

I couldn't help laugh at funnyman Rick Gervais way of making people laughed out loud as he hosted the most prestigious award giving body,  the GOLDEN GLOBES, which as you probably know he is the master of ceremony and his comedy is fantastic. You'll never know if he is drunk or just pretending to be drunk so that he can wildly do his outrageous antics to his audience of  mostly famous and fabulous actors and actresses of Hollywood and millions of tele-viewers anticipating the result of the Golden Globes Award's night. Of course it was once again a night of sophistication, glamour and awesome appeal of bravado and what else can you add? Drama and suspense? Surprises? Rick Gervais finally come to terms introducing the famous action star Mel Gibson on stage and their dark sides were erased and truce was held right there on stage. I didn't even know that in the past they had that old gap, only then the audience knew as he rekindled memories of the past and played fair and as a gentleman shake hands with Mel Gibson that everything's been forgotten. Unforgettable showmanship. Bravo!!!

Standing ovation for Sylvester Stallone for having won the Golden Globes for CREED. Members of the Foreign Press. the Media and Hollywood celebrities paid such "homage" by their long applause of admiration to the famous actor known as "Rambo." I watched all his movies and you can't just admire his sense of humor and his action-packed character, he seldom talk in his movies but his fighting skills are tremendously remembered by people who love the action more than words. His speech is also incredible and thanked his true friend Rocky Balboa. By the way, did you notice that the cast of "Expendables" are all present in this ceremony? They should make another sequel to that movie.

Gerald Butler (the action star of "OLympus Has Fallen") and Helen Mirren were on stage to present an award and Helen mentioned something about age, and I didn't really catch at first what she meant  for having to say something like that.  Who knows the true real age of movie stars? They could be lying about their age or followed their managers and the studio who built their career as career wise nobody expect them to reveal their age anyway and it's impolite to ask their age,  as in having to be in the age defying world that is SHOWBIZ.

The winner of the Cecil DeMille Award goes to Denzel Washington who was lost for words, and couldn't find his eye glasses so that he can read his written speech. He was able to thank his family in his last moment on stage before he exits the stage. How bizarre! Ghee, that man had hundred of movies made, and surely he'll be remembered by movie watchers around the world.

Lady Gaga won a Golden Globe award for his performance in short movie made for TV, "American Horror Story: Hotel

Jennifer Lawrence won an award for best actress in the movie "JOY."

Jim Carrey in his reasonable way of flaunting his prowess in comedy. He tried to be as skillful as any comedian and as a natural comedian himself do you think he is better than Rick Gervais? LOL. I cried laughing at Jim's jokes as he presented the long speech for the winner of the Golden Globes for Best Actor (Motion Picture, Comedy Drama), Matt Damon in his character performance of an astronaut in the movie "The Martian."

Best Motion Picture, Foreign Language - Son of Saul (Hungary)
Best Musical Score - Mozart in the Jungle
Best Screenplay Motion Picture - Aaron Sorkin for Steve Jobs, the movie
Best TV Series Drama - Mr. Robot
Best Original Song - Writing's On the Wall sung by Sam Smith
Best Actress TV series - Taraji Henson for Empire
Best Actress for Motion Picture Drama- Brie Larson for ROOM

Leonardo de Carprio won the Golden Globes' Award for Best Actor in the Drama movie THE REVENANT directed by Alejandro Innaritu. Leonardo  received a standing ovation and proceeded with his long speech acknowledging his gratitude to the people who helped him marked his status as an unforgettable actor and then his speech has exceeded to the political side about indigenous people and then he was cut offline, end of the show moment.

Congrats to the winners and to the losers? Better luck next time. But do you think they are losers? Being nominees for this prestigious award meant so much for TV and Movie personalities and winning the Golden Globes meant so much for them in the most remarkable way. Remember it's GOLDen!

To those I forget to mention in my blogpost? Maybe it's one of those moment when Alzheimers strike back!

Sicario

I was about to rent the movie Scorch TRIALS (sequel to the movie MAZE RUNNERs)  then I noticed that there's a video already rented by my husband so I decided it's better to watch that movie SICARIO. First what is the definition of "Sicario?"  First time to see that word. Do you think it's meant to be SIC ario? Si Cario? A Spanish word, what? Sicario means a "hitman" or an assassin. It's a movie starring Emily Blunt, Benicio del Toro and Josh Brolin. This is how I understand this movie with sub-titles because the movie deals with Mexican cast and the group of Josh Brolin have to talk to Mexicans in Mexican language. Kate (Emily Blunt) is an FBI agent and together with her comrade-in-arms in the FBI raided a house somewhere in a deserted land and discovered that the wall of the house was insulated with dead mummified bodies covered in plastic bags. They called the head of the FBI Agency  to see what they've discovered on the walls and the basement of that house. They were all vomitting to the gruesome, stinky fowl smelling of dead bodies. They went out, then went inside the house, they looked around inspecting some more until they opened the outpost and suddenly explosion happened instantly without warning. The next scene was Kate and her co FBI Agent was called at the Agency and they were these group of  shabby, dowdy guys, one guy only wearing slippers (Josh Brolin) and they were in a conference room and Kate can't hear what they were talking about because it was closed door but she can see from the glass wall. Later she was called and asked if she's got a family, husband or children. She quickly responded that she is divorce and has no children. She was asked to volunteer. They went (Josh, Emily, Benicio) to Mexico via small plane, from above the sky, the desert was really very dry, hot and barren. Nothing sort of life in that area. Then they arrived in Mexico. Houses are arranged or built closely to each other's houses. Actually it doesn't look like squatters area. There's really not much of a poverty stricken community in that area. It is not chaotic compared to other countries, well until they saw what was hanging above the ceiling of the bridge. Naked bodies were hung upside down like bodies of dead animals! That is shockingly terrifying. Why and how could they be in a public shaming like that? Is that sort of public way of punishing criminals? Barbaric or outlandish gruesome evidence of criminality in Mexico? It's in the MOVIE. Part of the movie.
---------------------------------------------------------------
In Philippines, what you can see on the bridges and on the roads and highways are hundreds of giant billboards of every commercials - advertisements of shampoo, soap, food, hotels, movies, movie-stars, etc, and from all these billboards accidents happened and all these billboards contributed to many injury, headache pain and gruesome deaths on the roads, and highways.
---------------------------------------------------
Continuation of the movie SICARIO:  Matt Graver (Josh Brolin's) and Medellin's men (Gov't agents)  captured the man from the apartment and covered his head while he was taken into their custody. Kate was a  witness to what was going on and she keeps herself alert and she knew that they were being followed by tattooed group of men in a car and what happened after is sort of "abuse of power?" They started firing at each other until all those men in a car were shot dead. They have tattoos and they have guns! No questions asked. They died!!!!! Kate got mad and her volunteer stint made her an accessory, witness and part of this horrendous act of power abuse. Scary? Kate was so scared as hell. She is an FBI Agent not assassin. Anyway, you should watch the movie for yourself and find out whether the killings, the murders are really necessary or just personal vendetta?

It's only that there's not enough wood for coffins and coffins are costly! Mummyfying is an old ancient ritual and God knows maybe those boxes or packages are not drugs but SILICA or embalming materials to keep dead bodies solid dry and what could be? Don't you use silica for your leather (Shoes, jacket, coats, belts, and bags, and computers) You don't have silica for your expensive leather they will be full of molds.

Next time FOLLOW ONLY BY INSTINCT. Do not go to tunnels that you don't know where the exit is or follow only whom you know other wise you might be following the wrong person. Also don't be a volunteer if you have a legal  day job that pays! That's the moral lesson for another would be "Kate" in this movie of Emily Blunt.

EDUCATION is such a right and privilege and educating people about almost everything in this world takes time for so many are ignorant and trying to be ignorant.

Immunity

An incredible TV show of  NCIS, rather it's the most watched TV Series. Although the series revolved around most of the time with Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Pauley as they find out the cause of victim's death and it's always Pauley who was able to solve the case because of her forensic expertise. Last night's episode made me want to find out what happened to Ziva. Where is Ziva? How a beautiful karate expert investigator for NCIS is missing from episodes of this TV series? Weird right? So, this special episode deals with Eva Azarova, a Russian spy who had a romantic relationship with Luca (the brother of Pauley). A whirlwind romance that turned fatal when Luca was used as an "accessory to murder." Luca doesn't really know that he was being used by Eva. Well, everybody's using each other's expertise in this episode to find out the truth. After an hour, the investigation has proceeded to another "morgue and another group of forensic experts."  NCIS: N. Orleans lead the investigation under Scott Bakula because Luca (the cook) was"involved" and he is a brother of Pauley in this episode. Americans Vs. Russians seem to be a complicated case and the conflict is solved at the end. Russian men died at the hands of two equally stubborn, smart, strong Russian women with amazonian character that wont give up their headstrong will to live, love for country and love for the world of work. Thanks to the democratic ties and diplomatic immunity that is observed in this NCIS episode.
