 We have our own problems and conflict of interest in Canada. Every country has and no one is perfect. However you can always find smart people smarter than the others in solving problems and providing solution to such conflict.

How and why a great plan suddenly been scrapped or has changed through test of time? Its because of financial means + opposing sides with different ideas + treaty + environmental hazards. Some projects take longer period of time as in probably 2 years to 5 years to have effect or to have profit. 

What the people want? The present. Let us be in reality with the current problem and solve it as fast as you can so that the people wont get berserk or find solutions on their own.

Steven Guilbeault, the former Minister of Environment had resigned being Parliamentary MP under PM Carney this is because when PM Carney signed up agreement with Premier Smith of Alberta's oil pipeline accordance wherein they didn't consult with the First Nations and BC's Premier David Eby. Recently all the Premiers of Canada  had a conference in Alberta to talk with premier Danielle Smith on her stand with Canada and Separatists Movement of Alberta. Heard what Premier Wab Kinew (Manitoba's Premier) had said? He's a Patriot for Canada. He is a loyal Canadian, etc. etc.

Uhm, just like what I had written here days ago if Smith is the Premier of Alberta she could just say "STOP" the referendum to save money. There is no reason for treason. Just because you want your way you have to move out of Canada or be on your own as what she said, there are 700,000 who voted and signed NOT to be Canadian anymore. They want their Independence from Canada. And think about this, where you want to displaced the Canadian Military Bases? Its not them who should go.

Its more like a "mutiny" in the making. What about the First Nations? Did she ever know about Canadian History? Or the Indigenous Treaty? There are 6 MILLION population (Men, women, children)  of people in Alberta! I don't know of those 700,000 and their ethnic background. Are those 700,00 the list of registered voters only? That's why Smith is being clingy to their needs? Looks like she has no other choice. She stands with Canada but she wants the referendum for those who signed their names for it.How about the millions of Albertans? They are most loyal to Canada! They are only 700,000. ITS ABOUT NUMBERS. It is about the law of integers.

What are the implication of pipelines from Alberta to BC? BC is Canada's amazing NATURAL RESOURCES: land, water, air, & oxygen source because of its vast array of trillions of trees from its well endowed forest. That's why we protect OUR CLIMATE & ENVIRONMENT. The hazards and dangers of oil and gas pipelines leakage could lead to massive uncontrollable wildfires and massive evacuation.  It could lead to inferno.

 

Is that what's happening almost every year? But according to the news they are caused by LIGHTNING.  ?      Far  from over.

UPDATE: Suddenly the Prime Minster CARNEY had changed his mind about the US. He said that:

"A strong Canada can make America great again!" 

(What's happening behind the scenes? Its because of the inevitable recession? All the Prime Ministers of Canada had recession situation  during their prime). RECESSION happened in every country around the world blame the never ending wars and exorbitant tariffs. *

Look, some ideas are interesting but some ideas are foul and sacrilegious. I know some of those government officials don't have brains just want to suck up maybe because they could be fired anytime soon.

A man causing all the world's trouble and blatantly publicly shamed Americans in the world forum and then causing corruption everyday? You want to reward and praise him for what? For standing up against the law and order and standing up against US Constitution? Who the hell would reward a CROOK? Other CROOKS & CORRUPT officials in the government. Are massive protest not enough to show him about how majority of people despised him.  Oh, I know he doesn't know people are struggling and suffering because he is full of himself. He cannot feel anything and his despicable minions are not humans anyway.

ALL UNDER ONE ROOF

 CANADA's MOTHER NATURE the forest, waterfalls, lakes, rivers, bays,  all great bodies of water for all outdoors activities,  + the vast wide ocean where marine animals and sea foods are in abundance, the rare minerals are found, it's the land, water and air as its wealth to the people. It just need people who will invest to tap on these incredible wealth. It has four great seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall that you have choices of to get busy about.There is a great choice and diversity of resources. 

I know too many housing facilities out there almost all brand new. Condominiums and apartment  built for comfort. Availability? there's always something treasured for every family. Well for those who can afford.

For those who cannot and struggling, there are specifically something out  there and without a choice you have to take and live with it. Otherwise you end up homeless. 

Everyday, there are new projects of houses, apartments, townhouses being built. Some of them were already been bought even before the buildings aren't finished yet. That's how fast. Investing on newly built homes and apartments are the best investment in our area because out from nowhere there are people always looking for homes. 

You want investors and developers to invest in a "mega mall" where comfort, luxury and entertainment is its best priority. Where in the world has a mega mall complete with everything under one roof? Only in Philippines and one in Edmonton Mall in Canada. 

Canada should invest in mega structure mega mall complete with: hotels,pub &  restaurants, food court, cinema, video arcade, casino, supermarket, medical & dental clinic, park, swimming pool, mini golf, gym, rock climbing hub, yoga club, karate club, zumba club, discotheque, surfing and skating rink, library, museum, clothing and accessories store, train around the mall, accessible to golf carts. That would be amazing! ALL UNDER ONE ROOF.

THE CANADIAN ECONOMY

 I don't know why those politicians were blaming PM Carney for the economy. LOL. The economy turned upside down during the COVID ERA. The outbreak had the population of the world in ISOLATION and panic buying was so rampant that import & export of goods were put on hold. Remember those empty shelves in the supermarkets and department stores? The worse thing that happened? The housing, the price and rentals when it comes to house, apartment and condos had doubled and property tax had soared up high That's the worst thing that ever happened. Supposedly it should lower the price of commodities and housing but its not. So this pandemic is a strategically well planned. Bravo! The architecture of the infamous Covid is to be blamed. The GREAT PANIC that contributed to economic downturns.

Then add the exorbitant TARIFFS from the USA. Covid & Tariff from Hell. It's all about GREED.

Addendum: THE NEVER-ENDING WARS also contributed to every country's struggle & suffering.

Yesterday while I was listening to one of the female politician on her "stand"  about the Albertans being neglected? Alberta is the richest province of Canada because of its oil and gas production. They don't pay PST only GST. The housing is more affordable in Alberta than in BC & Ontario. They have more employment in there than in BC. Darn are they spoiled or what?

Before Year 1999, BC or British Columbia was the most progressive wealthiest province of Canada because of its industry and because the forest industry is the lifeblood and source of massive employment from pulp mills, saw mills then include the mining and fishing industry. However, when the pulp mills and saw mills including the mining sectors were shutdown that proved a collapse of the BC's economy. Did you hear the lamentations and all the problems that go with the downfall of such great economy? What replace such devastation of knowing "hey let's protect our environment" by having mass layoffs and no work for everyone? IS THAT GOOD? By protecting the ENVIRONMENT, the SOURCE OF GREAT WATER and thus, protecting also the billions of trees, the forest what employment is up for grabs? Nothing. Just that there are other industry that remain open such as Health Care. More work for the healthcare workers, more work for the fast food industry and tourism only. That's not enough. The population is growing but employment is decreasing.  There are works in IT. But that's a white collar job and they are good only for the outside. I don't really know if they are paid. There are more workers in the construction companies but the houses and condominiums they built are for whom? They are built for the banks and for the well to do from other countries maybe. ?

So many thousands of new buildings, new housing but why there are homeless people in Canada? Its because so many of those houses are unaffordable. ONLY FOR THE RICH. 

BC was able to wake up, get up on their asses and work again in Tourism Industry, food industry, is that enough? It is not enough. Now here comes Albertans who would like to be independent. They want out of Canada because they said they were taken for granted. Premier David Eby made a statement about it (rewarding bad behaviour...) and he was gifted with pair of boots by Premier Danielle Smith. You know what that means right? 

Who knows, maybe with the oil pipelines both BC & Alberta will benefit from such and it should be. If nobody benefit from government investments then what the hell its purpose for whom and for what?

I think Premier David Eby should advertise too on TV, teary eyed on what's really happening here in BC. LOL. There are more calamities here, more wildfires on top of another but let's hope and pray that there'll be no wildfires this year as in WE HAD ENOUGH DRAMA! Or we should call all the dramatic actors and actresses and have a political zarzuela at the Parliament.

Way back the Millennium that's what really happened. The boom of HIGH TECHNOLOGY had massive layoffs of Canadian workers from hospitals and the banking system including pulp mills and sawmills and of course the forest industry. Massive layoffs turned into thousands of bankruptcies only to be discovered that the Canadian workforce given to 3rd world countries and they are doing it again, and again. NICE TRY! (( As far as I know, PRES> BUSH had legal complications with the Microsoft founder because of the sudden rise of High Technology wherein hackers were all over the US Government & the Military)).

Beware of fraud and scam and scammers!

Those AI? That's baloney.  They are humans from other countries paid with lower wages. Banking system followed suit that machines doing it for your convenience. No wonder why your identities were stolen. Why your medical records are stolen! Why your jobs are stolen!

According to those Albertans the Premier although she wants to stay still part of those who wants out of Canada. And where are they going?

They should have it for two hours because too many showbiz personalities would like to be a part of this finale show just to show heartfelt affection for the talented comedian STEPHEN COLBERT.

Stephen Colbert probably wished that he wants the American Pope POPE LEO to be his special guest but hey the BEATLES PAUL MCCARTNEY is a joy to behold especially with his remarkable fitting song HELLO GOODBYE that's just perfect for an ending.

Whatever happened to POPE LEO XIV after Marco Rubio had a visit at the Vatican,, ever missed the Pope? After that visit where is the Pope? What Rubio had done? Hmmm.......You don't have to scare the POPE! He is not scare of Trump, Vance & Rubio. There are BILLIONS OF ROMAN CATHOLICS in the world.
