While the worse thing that happened in the USA was when the Twin Towers were engulfed in flames when two jet liners collided in those two famous buildings. That's right peeps, outsourcing labor is cheap but security can get the worst of all. An overhaul of the Immigration and who work in them and how documents are being processed by aliens? Seemed like a  myth right? Recently they discovered that a terrorist was given a Canadian citizenship. That's awful. How could they do that? All in the news! It's not a rumor. Easy for them to give citizenship to terrorist!

Long time ago, when I started working in a restaurant, the minimum wage was $7.15/hour I think that was Year 1999. Then it went up to $7.25/hour and then in the Year 2004 it was $8.00/hour only. Would you believe but let me tell you something almost everything was affordable. The rental homes were in abundance and you can rent a brand new 2 bedroom house with 1 1/2 bathrooms with 5 appliances all brand new for only $750/month. For 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms + workshop/storage + garage for only $1, 500/month with big yard. 

NOW? There is no such thing. Those rental home mentioned above had doubled its price in the year 2025-2026. Who can afford? Are they drug cartels? I hope not! Maybe they are just too rich and too wealthy eh from crypto.

It's great to work for $18.25/hour but that's not enough to cover expenses per month because the HIGH COST OF LIVING HAS TRIPLED its worth.

Besides, employers would probably hire workers for 4 hours shift and another worker for 4 hours shift. Because hiring workers for the whole 8 hours guarantee its workers for its regular normal benefits allocated for them. I don't know how other means for companies to survive. Other business would rather be employing their own members of the family to economize and maintain their business or shutdown unless of course if your business thrives during the high end season.  

I'm sorry! I don't like to sound like Poilievere but let's have REALITY PEOPLE.

Better investigate do some research because I think we are being duped and challenged. More disabilities are being known since the rise of computers actually. Children with developmental disorder and mental disorder, from autism, asperger's syndrome, dyslexia, tourette's and children losing their eyesight at very young age. Computer should be easy and convenient to use right that's why AI is becoming the norm now and because of that only few people will have work. 

For those who are employed, love your work and keep your work. many will be called to quit, or be fired from work. There will be massive layoffs because of AI. There are certain works that Ai wont touched lucky for them.

It just need people who will invest to tap on these incredible wealth. It has four great seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall that you have choices of to get busy about.There is a great choice and diversity of resources. 

I know too many housing facilities out there almost all brand new. Condominiums and apartment  built for comfort. Availability? there's always something treasured for every family. Well for those who can afford.

For those who cannot and struggling, there are specifically something out  there and without a choice you have to take and live with it. Otherwise you end up homeless. 

Everyday, there are new projects of houses, apartments, townhouses being built. Some of them were already been bought even before the buildings aren't finished yet. That's how fast. Investing on newly built homes and apartments are the best investment in our area because out from nowhere there are people always looking for homes. 

You want investors and developers to invest in a "mega mall" where comfort, luxury and entertainment is its best priority. Where in the world has a mega mall complete with everything under one roof? Only in Philippines and one in Edmonton Mall in Canada. 

Canada should invest in mega structure mega mall complete with: hotels,pub &  restaurants, food court, cinema, video arcade, casino, supermarket, medical & dental clinic, park, swimming pool, mini golf, gym, rock climbing hub, yoga club, karate club, zumba club, discotheque, surfing and skating rink, library, museum, clothing and accessories store, train around the mall, accessible to golf carts. That would be amazing! ALL UNDER ONE ROOF.
