NOT BEING CLUELESS

 TRUMP thought CANADA is their 51st State by imposing RESTRICTIONS such as:

Restrictions on trade relations with other countries.

Restrictions on the French Language usage.

WHY? Its probably because if they will buy Canadian products they have to sell them to those countries Canada is trading with. 

Why Trump restricts the French language, its because he doesn't know French language. Communication should always be using the universal language. 

Remember what PM Harper once said? Bilingualism is evil. Then Pres. Bush once said, "read my lips." He doesn't like being dubbed. Dubbing a conversation sometimes it what not what it said exactly. In the world of AI, nobody knows for sure who said who especially if you have so many impostors and impersonators that's added burden. 

Many Canadians worried about their businesses relying on export and imports. Imagine all the pulp mills and sawmills and mining that closed down after Year 2000. Mass layoffs. However, did you know how many factories and businesses that closed down and shutdown and abandoned cities in the USA? Their losses more than what you can ever imagined. Their "undocumented immigrants" could be their own people who lost their employment from calamities and disaster, wildfires, from people who are in massive debts and had changed their identities. The wildfires in Maui, California, Oregon, etc, etc. they have homeless people too. MASSIVE 40 TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT  wont be such a problem if those billionaires are paying their taxes but the loopholes only pays for the building of ballroom at the WH. 

In another NEWS: A woman, the house-owner was shocked when she came home for holiday  without their beloved old tree in front of their house and a bill to pay for the cutting removal of the old tree. She was shocked beyond shock. That's because it was a scam. She was scammed.

Know what SCAMS are happening almost everywhere around the world. I remember the year when we woke up one day one morning when suddenly a man came out from his car with a post sign at the front yard of the house and started setting up FOR SALE sign. He didn't see us nor knock at the door to ask permission. The house we are occupying was actually built with my husband as contractor and the agreement between the owner of the house was agreed upon and signed. The house-owner didn't inform us first. So, that was a big surprise. One call is that make us at least prepared. We know the owner because husband was a contractor for all the building of those houses he owned. We pay regularly for the rental on time and in advance actually. He should have told us but probably he didn't know either. Because those realtors keep coming back dropping their ads on our mailbox before. They are non-stop. They are crazy over the house we are occupying. Every time we found a new house, they want to buy it for their "would be buyers!" We got along about their method or bad attitude. I always give them cold shoulders until one day I freak out when one of my crystal collections went missing. It was a crystal bowl, few crystal wine glasses. When the house was already sold, the crystal bowl appeared. It was after the "buyer" came back to see one more time to see again the whole house for herself to see. At the end of our stay, WE TOOK ALL THE BRAND NEW APPLIANCES FROM THE HOUSE. WHY NOT? ALL THE APPLIANCES BELONG TO US, MY FAMILY. Part of the deal living in that house is to provide all the appliances! We did it. We bought brand new fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine and dry machine, microwave, stove, oven, etc.  It turned out that's what the "buyer wants in that house!" Sorry, all those appliances are owned by us. By the way, the crystal bowl you had stolen and brought back... thanks. Such a loser! You can keep the crystal wine glasses you had stolen. SUCH AN ASS! By the way, losers whoever you are, seen you guys wanted in the USA! Why are you living here in Canada? ON WPP? Changed names? 

What happened? Why Canada is becoming recipients of criminals from the USA?  

Maybe Canada needs some people we can torture or people with tons of CASH! What could be? Then its time to question those REALTORS! 

I think what happened is those realtors received calls for "would be buyers and those buyers whoever they are saw your house posted on Facebook they want it and they want to see it for themselves like using your house as pilgrimage. NOT ALL will buy the house they are just for CURIOSITY and some others have purpose darker as in THEFT. 

BECAUSE HOLY WEEK is for next year... CRUCIFIXION IS NOT ALLOWED IN BC.  Yeah I think CRUCIFIXION should return in BC. Crucifixion is usually a festive Holy Week pilgrim in the Philippines. Real blood flows for the public and tourists to see. 

Um, warm  blood flowing. Don't we have VAMPIRES here in Canada?

 BREAKING NEWS: Trade talks between Canada & the US had collapsed. 

 

There's nothing that we can do now. WE CANNOT BOW DOWN TO TRUMP'S BAD DEAL & ARROGANCE. Too much deal and worse deal, UNFAIR DEAL & ILLEGAL. It's better to have surplus of goods than just giving those goods away to cheaters. You know what I mean? 

PM Carney of Canada suspends trade talks. RIGHT ON! WE STAND BY  ON PM CARNEY FOR HIS SMART DECISION. Never give up!! Follow the Churchill's motto. 

NEVER GIVE UP & ELBOWS UP

Its gonna be TARIFF FOR TARIFF.  USA wants you to pay tariffs then Canada has the right to counter-tariff. No ifs no buts!

PM Carney doesn't believe in agreement based on "pencil" that can be erased all the time. It should be once agreement is signed that would be "forever agreement" But Trump changes his mind all the time like the wind changes its course. 

Darn it! It's not easy to trade with somebody crazy! SO WHY THE HELL TRADE? If there's no trust involve better not to trade at all.
 

Consumers will suffer and struggle but who cares now? Consumers are smart not to buy over priced goods. Yeah, in the end consumers know best. 

United States of America owed 40 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBTS. That means each American owes $120,000 in debt. If that's true why Trump is being mean and still high on pedestal as if he doesn't know. Well that's what it is that's why he raided Venezuela and took the oil from them and kidnapped Maduro. He thought he could steal oil from Iran and its minerals but then those wars are far from over. Why used the US Armed Forces for his illegal wars and actions that is against US Constitution, against House of Congress and Supreme Court? It's because of megalomaniac ambition of trying to be a dictator just like Hitler turning ICE & US soldiers as NAZI. Tell me who we have to blame for all the wrongdoings?

THIRST FOR POWER: TEARS FOR FEARS

 It got me thinking about what ELON MUSK had stated in his "prophetic side" that MONEY would lose its value in the year 2036? That means his billions of dollars asset will lose its value just the same. 

REALLY? What will happen in the year 2036? That's ten years from now. Is there a deluvio of some kind? WORLD WAR III? The value of money was lost during WWI & WWII. Nobody has money. European countries went bankrupt during World War I and during World War II nobody has money because of war and if the same fate happened in 2036 who should we have to blame?

Just with the calamities & disaster, power failure or power outage, who can use the ATM to get money using debit? Who can use debit cards and credit cards when there's no electricity? Then you said there are generators. Some cellphones work in places where there is no flood for as long as the satellites are up there in the stratosphere. The whole world is not covered with floods that's the good thing about it.

2036 are we all still alive by that year? Is there an asteroid about to hit planet Earth? Who knows right? If that's the case, money has no value anymore. Possibility of barter and maybe looting. PANIC can happened and crimes will be visible.

 Probably he was thinking in advance that 2036 is just like 1936. Possibility of Earth's tilting on its axis. Why not have it even? LOL

Go back to Year 1936 what happened in the past. The Japanese Imperial Army is starting to emerge from its cocoon. Somehow they knew their defense is far reaching more stabilized than the Americans as they were tired from helping Europe with the war. Then Pearl Harbor bombing happened in Hawaii. What's the true story of such bombing? There could be a secret of secrets behind such course of action. A lot of question marks in my mind. Then the Japanese occupation in the Philippines. Hmm... so weird.

How about in Canada? Canada remains the hideout for those "political gameplayers." Will Canada accept Trump to hide? Just like when Roosevelt hid in Canada? America is losing its water and if drought comes back with the vengeance then they have to return to Philippines because of too much thirst. 

MONSTER FLOODS

 FLOODS IN THE PHILIPPINES. Flood in the Philippines are almost common during typhoon seasons. Actually farmers rejoiced if there is flood because it can help with the irrigation system for their farm lands. However, when floods are over 3-4ft and lasted for a month something is wrong. 

But then "kita naman po and evidencia" sa dami ng basura sa ilog at canal, yan ang dahilan ng baha. Those garbage had stuck into the flood gates. 

It is not only Philippines who suffered and struggled from floods. European countries, USA, Canada had those flash floods too and they are worst because there were landslides, communities turning into sea of flood waters for a month. What's the problem? What's the cause of the flood? The garbage are being collected properly every week so how come some drainage are stuck with debris? What are those? One problem sometimes manholes and sewer pipelines are closed. Forgot to open the flood gate. ?  Or just that heavy storms had too much downpour of water and rivers and lakes cannot accommodate high volume of water. Most floods happened on flat lands. It never gets flooded on hills, valleys and mountains although on flat lands only roof you can see when there's flood. Even houses are destroyed and carried by the strong flow of floodwaters. No buildings  are sturdy because floods here are just like rapid monsters ripping off trees, houses and bridges. 

So, based from the videos I saw about floods in Philippines, that's nothing compared to the flash floods here in Canada. Nobody makes fun of the flood waters and nobody swims on filthy waters and it is not advisable to walk or swim on flood waters that is over 4 ft high sometimes the wild current could carry you out  further than you never expect and you end up in the ocean. 

BE CAREFUL! 

P.S. Sometimes, floods are sort of miracle. Other countries are in great famine and drought. Drought can cause earthquakes. Floods sometimes act as stoppage to drought and tremors. 

 

FRUGALITY

 Once in  a while I browse Craigslist's rental houses, apartments and condos. There are 1 bedroom house that's only for $1,400. Is that cheap? Answer is big NO. There are 3 bedroom house that's only $1,500/month but that contract had started before Year 2020.  After year 2020 all rental homes, apartments and condominiums had changed and doubled its price. 

It's true that if you are living on a 3 bedroom houses, the utilities are over $500 to $$650 depends on how big the rooms are and because heating expenses is huge and costly in Canada. Sometimes, most houses here are using gas and hydro (electricity). Some people don't really use hydro or gas much during the winter months then what happened their houses get moldy and have mildew. Their rooftops get moss. The replacement of roofs in Canada can cost a homeowner's $50,000 to $75,000 replacing all the roofs on the roof top. However, if you are a tenant those roof replacement + pressure washing of the exterior walls, painting the walls + cutting grass or landscaping usually should be maintained by the owner of the townhouse, apartment or condominiums. 

So many retirees are suffering and struggling in our present generation because of the  HIGH COST OF LIVING. I heard there is an increase in pension and OAS but that's not enough because once the cost of GAS & OIL increases, all commodities will go up as in automatic. 

NO PLAY MONEY? Well don't bet or stop gambling. Buy one lotto ticket only worth $5 if there's any. LOL. The odd is one in a million. Stop drinking alcohol. Do not spend beyond your means and BE FRUGAL. 

WE ASKED THOSE POLITICIANS TO DO THEIR WORK PROPERLY& EFFECTIVELY BECAUSE THEY ARE PAID BY CANADIANS & THE PEOPLE OF CANADA Permanent Residents ( Immigrants, Tourists, International Students, etc). They earned $250,000 to $500,000 per annum and they have to serve Canadians as much as they deserve to be paid. 

Actually, they are working so hard to get the deal in the US. The tariff trade deals receive a another pause from Trump. To think over if TARIFFS ARE LEGAL OR NOT. ha ha ha! Jokers!  

NO. NOT REALLY FUNNY...SORRY. TARIFFS CAN BE LOWERED to at least 5% to 10% with conditions. If Mr. TRUMP still continues to demand BETTER NOT TRADE AT ALL. We tried not to trade before and trade with other countries. Or just keep those products here available for CANADIANS ONLY. Its good to have SURPLUS OF GOODS or commodities than nothing at all. STEEL & IRON? We will need it so badly in the future.  

 

EARLY AUTUMN HERE WE COME!

 WOW! Hard to believe that at 5 am this morning it was so DARK! Almost like midnight. Looks like we have an EARLY AUTUMN IN BC.

Well, in the news in Nova Scotia, their maple leaves are already turning its leaves to Fall.

Its about time actually.  12 Celsius this morning and hoping forward to early FALL or AUTUMN.

THIS AD at Facebook that made me think about how an "actor" Ryan Reynolds had against Americans using Canada as safe house. Wait I first thought he had a movie with Sandra Bullock about "immigration process." Why this kind of negative AD, he is a Canadian working in the USA. You might lose your job in the USA or lose your American fans, boy! Well, unless of course if Ryan is about to embark in politics. By the way, Ryan's brothers are mostly RCMP Officers! If he is being a true real Canadian its because their family is RCMP loyalists. Nothing's wrong with that. 

OMG! LOL. Beware of Ryan Reynolds if you are a criminal wanting to cross bording Canada.from USA.  And also beware of ORGANIZED CRIMES which RCMP taught us to be aware of so that we can distinguished what organized crimes are.

A lot of things going on here in Canada & the USA. That the IMMIGRATION CANADA IS BEING ALMOST LIKE THE USA WHEN IT COMES TO IMMIGRANTS. Strict, mean & cruel. 

Aren't we all immigrants UNLESS OF COURSE IF YOU ARE NATIVES & INDIGENOUS.

IF YOU ARE NOT FIRST NATION, METIS OR INUITS  you are not natives, you came from foreign countries. 

You know what? INDIGENOUS PEOPLE SHOULD WORK FOR THE BC ACCESS CENTERS. No foreign faces should work in the government. I mean CANADA IS THEIR LAND, you know. Just like in the Philippines, where GOVERNMENT WORKERS & its servants are Filipinos not foreign-born or Caucasians. Let Indigenous people work at the IMMIGRATION just to be fair. I mean they have the right to choose who they allowed in their country. 

ALL OF THIS ASS-TARIFFS that's causing all the malady. GET EVEN WITH IT that's the only fair solution. * OR AVOID TARIFFS BY TRADING WITH OTHER COUNTRIES. So, why all the back and forth tariff trades with USA again and again? Trade with USA when the President is no longer Trump. Wait for a Democrat President. 

 UPDATE: It seems that Ryan Reynold's AD doesn't help. Americans by the hundreds of thousands would like to move to Canada. 

Well, in the news, there is power outage and the Colorado area is getting low on water. Wow! Is that for real? USA is having a great drought just like UK? I hope they are not AI generated photos. You just don't know which ones are real now. Just like those humans who you think died and vanished but because their botox injections made them unrecognizable.
