How To Weaken The Justice System?

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW! The impeachment of the Supreme Court Judge and many other judges will try to weaken the justice system and what happened after that is there will be more criminals coming out in the open and ridicule the system that all of them are just sharing the same kind of trials. CONVICTED FELON even if the trial is not finish yet.Trial by publicity and trial errors made by the many extras. Maybe the more the merrier for these kind of people. It weakens the justice system and weakened the economy. Now who will believe them? If only impeachment is attributed to PEACH. lol Think of it as a modern zarzuela for the stage and for the book.

RESOLUTION? When no one is above the LAW...GOD intervenes. This is called Divine intervention. And what are Divine interventions to stop the process of unfair judicial process that keeps on going and at the end of these trials and tribulations PHILIPPINES is no longer Philippines. Philippines is now Canada!? What? Aha ha ha ha! Infiltration is easy access for those who would like to take over the country. Even the world can be taken away by aliens in a glance if justice failed. Uhm sounds like a controversial movie but who cares and who knows the ending. (?)

I know of a woman who had a short conversation with a divorce lawyer. At first. Then the conversation continued for days. The minutes of the telephone conversation last for an hour which she was not aware that the lawyer records all the telephone conversation and the exact time (chronologically). After a month of the "transaction telephone and personal background check and other documentary proceedings without the trial being set up, the lawyer gave her a BILL. She needs to pay $10,000 for all the conversations they had. The woman almost had a heart attack. She thought she was just asking for an advice from the lawyer. Just ADVICE!

Bakit Nga Ba Maraming Mayaman sa Pinas?

Sa tutuo lang marami talgang mayaman sa bansang Pilipinas. Unang-una kasing dahilan ay dahil karamihan ng unang nanirahan sa Pinas ay mga haciendero. Meron silang malalaking lupa na pag-aari para sa plantasyon ng bigas, tubo, niyog at iba iba pang produkto. Mayaman and Pilipinas dahil malaki ang lupain para sa agrikultura na pag aari ng mayayaman. Higit sa lahat ang Pilipinas ang ginawang rice granary noon. Kaya lang dahil umunlad ng husto at dumami ang tao sa bansang ito parang lumiit ang lupang para lamang sa agriculture. Mas dumami ang lupaing nakaukol sa pabrika at mga pabahay at establisamiento. Sa halip na ang maging proyekto ay sa agrikultura lamang nauwi sa pabahay na hanggang ngayon ay di naman malutas dahil maraming squatters galing sa ibat ibang lugar ng Pilipinas at iba pang bansa na naging biktima ng baha, lindol at famine. Nag over population explosion ang Pilipinas pero hindi naman puede na basta basta na lang paalisin ang mga taong ito dahil na rin agreement noon sa United Nations at bilang makakristiyanong tao ang mga Filipino pinabayaan na lang nila na dumami ang mga taong ito tutal akala nila malaki ang Pinas at malaki ang resources na kayang itulong pero hindi sa lahat ang tulong na ito ay sapat. Lumalaki ang populasyon, lumiliit ang source of income. May hangganan ang lahat. Ang masaklap dito ay yung hindi dapat halungkatin nahahalungkat at yung hindi dapat madamay sa gulo ay nadadamay dahil na rin sa problema na ito. Over populated ang Luzon. Bakit kasi nagsisiksikan kayo dyan? O may nagawang remedyo, maraming nagsipag-abroad para naman hindi maging pasanin ng gobyerno, at least may other source of income. Nagpunta sa Middle East ang ating mga kababayan kahit maliit ang sueldo, kahit sobrang init, kahit malayo sa pamilya basta lang merong maipakain sa buong pamilya kayang tiisin ang problema. Meronng nakasuerte may malaking trabaho at marunong magsave yung iba pero merong mga trabahador na kahit anong paraan ng pagsave ay hindi makapagsave ng halaga para sa pamilya nya dahil maliit lang naman ang sueldo kumbaga kulang pa nga sa board and lodging nya doon sa abroad. So habang nasa Gitnang Silangan sila, yung mga tao naman na taal nakatira doon ay isa isang umaalis at nagpupunta na rin sa ibang lugar, karamihan naman sa kanila ay pumunta at nanirahan na rin sa Pinas. Naku! Hindi nyo ba alam ang story na yan? So palitan lang. Sige dito kayo tumira at magtrabaho then dyan naman sa inyo sila magtatrabaho dahil kinuha nyo ang puesto nila. Aba! Parang "trip to Jerusalem" pala ang game na ito. Pag nawalan ka ng silya, out ka. O sige ikot pa. Ikot ng ikot then pag may bakanteng silya unahan sa pag upo. Nakakatawa ba? Hindi po!Masuerte na lang ang talagang ipinanganak na mayaman siempre may mamanahing yaman ng pamilya nila. Eh pano yung walang-wala? Sa ibang bansa handang tumulong ang gobyerno sa mga ganitong pamilya meron silang welfare to take care of everything. Not in Philippines. Pag mahirap ka lalo kang maghihirap. Maliban na lang kung manalo ka sa sweepstakes or lottery.

So bakit maraming mayaman na abogado at doktor? Businessmen ba sila? Meron ba silang business aside from doing their job? Meron ba silang sideline? Uso kasi sa Pinas yung may original occupation then may sideline na pagtitinda ng iba-ibang products. Kung gusto mong magtinda ng Avon,car, tv, and other electronics, kulambo, pillows and blankets, he he hehe.

Sa atin naman kasi sa Pinas merong mga tao na hindi makabayad in cash kaya they sometimes pay their lawyers or doctors with what they have like house and lot(ito yung mga tao na walang-wala na talagang ibayad), kotse, yung iba naman jewelries, etc. Doon naman sa movie ni Michael J. Fox na doctor sya ang bayad sa kanya mga gulay > produkto sa farm nila. Ngek! Ano ba yun? Dapat doon mag tayo na lang yung doktor ng market. So halimbawa naman kung yung client mo ay 50 katao na walang ibayad kundi lupa lang aba ekta-ektarayang lupa ang bayad sa iyo anong gagawin mo? Walang cash kundi lupa lang. Eh di patayuan mo ng subdivision ganyan ang nangyayari kaya yumayaman yung iba dyan. Masama ba yun?

Yung talagang may diagnosis na tutuo na may cancer nga sila caso mo yung mga mapanglinglang na may cancer daw kahit wala ay nakakainis na. Sobrang OA na. Yung iba naman ginagamit ang cancer-canceran nila para kaawaan mo sila. Kung baga they are just lonely and want attention. Parang bata na kulang sa pansin. Huwag nyong gamitin ang mga institusyon na dapat lamang sa may mga tunay na may sakit. Huwag na huwag nyo akong linlangin o lokohin. Huwag nyo akong idamay sa kalokohan nyo. Makonsensya naman kayo.

In POLITICAL SCIENCE subject in College there are too many topic that's been discussed along the way. But what intrigues me up to now is the multiple citizenship. An example of this is when a pregnant mother aboard an airplane bound for Honolulu, Hawaii. The pregnant Mother is Canadian on board China airline, the father is German. The baby was born inside China airline flying above territorial area zone of Japan. What could be the baby's citizenship? Of course the baby will inherit the parents original citizenship and three of them can choose the citizenship required based on "rights and privilege." Actually it depends on legality of what "citizenship means."

If CITIZENSHIP bothers you it means you haven't landed yet. You're either UP there on AIR or inside the ship.

Does it matter if you are a citizen of one's country? It's the RIGHTS, birth rights you must adhere. Nowadays, if you have so much money everything is possible. The richer you are you can acquire citizenship anywhere in the world. Money talks. Money is power! It makes the world go round not flat. It can heat the coldest place on earth. From zero to NUMB3RS.

NOBODY has seen what M.I.A.'s gesture is. It's always been MADONNA the focus of camera. I don't know what these critic are talking about. Half-time show is half-time-ing. Not enough of a presentation. I found the performance too short for my comfort. Madonna still is the STAR of the show. Although I found it quite tacky for her to perform a Dutch-Viking sequences. Okay the Superbowl 2012 winner > New York Giant? Really?????? I don't know how to play football. I am not a player. Football the game I used to play with my Grade School classmates and friends was a different game after all.

What happened to the Patriots? Well nice uniform they have and LOGO. Nice color! Their winning streak? A blockbuster movie PATRIOTS of Mel Gibson. That's how Patriots reminds me not a football team. New York Giants? They are "green beans and green peas!"
