WHAT IS BILL C-9?

It all has something to do with RACISM actually. But why the word HATE? Are humans not allowed to show emotions or feelings of being angry and feeling the hate? Not because somebody hate or angry at another human doesn't mean an act of violence resulted from it. What about reporting and newscasting about certain disgusting situation you think that's hate and if you hate another human being you are liable as an offender? OMG! Then the whole world is in  peril. You want humans not to show emotions. Who would you like to evolve? THE ROBOTS? 

Hmm, there's a movie about it right? All the people in that country wore masks. I forgot the title of the movie. Wait a second have to browse and search for it. 

V for VENDETTA. Is that the movie? How'd you like everyone wear the same kind of mask? I know that's so weird. Don't let that happen.

Public display of hate is a crime? So you mean the government  wont allow public rally & protest to air their grievances? That's FASCISM. You cannot suppress people's feelings. You mean the people cannot have their opinions and ideas or they cannot disagree or have a debate? Because that would close the Parliament. Maybe they want the PARLIAMENT CLOSED? Because sometimes they have heated hated debate on things they argued for such a very long time. 7 years of arguing the same high cost of living. HUMANS show emotions of anger, hate if ever but that doesn't mean they have to kill. Terrorist symbols yeah that's not good. Intimidation is bad too. Extortion is worst and a crime. All had something to do with RACISM & BULLYING.

 How to combat RACISM is far from over because Canada is well diverse large community, a country of different migrants from different countries with varied different culture, ethnicity and heritage. It must start from the Government and its officials, its civil servants to do the right thing first and foremost that all Agency, Ministries and its workers function as the bridge to promote welcoming friendly not hostile environment. 

UPDATE NEWS: PM of Canada, Mark Carney has a plan to secure Canada's Defense with a budget of half TRILLION DOLLARS! Wow! That's amazing! Canada's Armed Forces and its Defense Ministry were neglected for more than 10 years. It is about time that they recruit new soldiers and manufacture modern tanks, amphibian boats, submarines, military helicopter, fighter jets and STEALTH. We don't want getting bullied by aggressors who are war freaks that the whole Canadian Armed Forces should be prepared & ever ready. They should also implement a Citizen Army Training in Senior High School as mandatory civic military service providing life skills for students. Nothing's wrong with that. Actually that would be helpful for kids to learn discipline and self defense.

That maybe the Canadian Government also has plan to secure and defend NORAD which half part of it is within Canadian territory.  What else? Build bunkers? The safest bunker in the world is located in Switzerland. We don't have any in Canada except that of NORAD which of course mainly belong to the USA.
