I've dealt with this before with banks and its employees before. Probably so many had complaints too that's why the local bank closed down and shutdown. Now it's also happening somewhere in Boston Bar, BC which is already on its 3rd week in the news. Wildfires in Ontario is now more than 5 days and the smokes spread throughout the province and parts of the USA. There re firefighters and water bombers planes to put off the fire but are they enough? Is there enough manpower to control the wildfires from spreading rapidly?

Do you remember the catastrophic wildfires in Australia that reached its smokes up far the sky up to the where the ISS Station? The firefighters of Canada decided to help them. Canadians are always ever ready to help people in need. CANADIANS ARE KNOWN FOR THAT like as if they are "Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts! Anybody who is not helpful is not a Canadian!

Canadian firefighters were up to their knees helping the Californians when they dealt with uncontrollable wildfires in Pacific Palisades, they flew their water bombers to help them put the fire off once and for all.

The wildfires in Europe also had Canadian firefighters helping them put off chaotic fires.

His Cabinet members tried to make alliance and tried so hard to defend his actions but always fall short because it is hard to lie and cover up  his wrongdoing because he is proud of dong it wrong makes him feel like nobody can stop him. His Vice President Mike Pence during his first term as POTUS had managed to disappeared to never again be associated with him. Everybody becomes the "yes man" and obeys his command even if its wrong and disgusting. Trump supposedly and must work for the good of the people of the USA but he thought he is the "king" and everyone should be at his mercy, including all the leaders of the world. 

Now, who is this Mr. Hoekstra who said that "Canadians do no think highly of America."  America is a great country alright but because they follow the law and order, before! They followed the US Constitution, they are law abiding, they have humility, they were brave and courageous. THAT WAS BEFORE! You know what I mean? Under Trump who seemed to be transparent in showing his graft and corruption, being greedy with exorbitant tariffs and threatened countries to invade. Can you show respect to somebody who is disrespectful of the laws, and trade agreements? He thinks he is the law. He disobeyed the US Congress & US Supreme Court Judges. He is using his position as President to do the impossible and unexpected for revenge and what could be in his mind? Can he push button and start the WWIII? That you have to watch his every move, guard him all the time so that the world wont explode under his nose.

FROM TV SERIES

 OMG! FROM the horror TV series that I used to watch has returned and its on SEASON 4 now. I had just watched the first episode of Season 4. Know what it is scarier than even before because there is that weird character that has some kind of supernatural power but using it wickedly and can turn himself into an innocent young girl. The "girl" reminds me of somebody I know and Kenny (Ricky He) also reminds me of somebody I know...LOL. What a coincidence! That's so weird or what.

Do I have to watch the next episode? Maybe.

 Trump is being so un-presidential and so unbelievable with dealing with wildfires in Canada. The smokes coming from wildfires in Ontario were the result of the winds blowing to their country. Blame the winds.  It is not a human caused. However, he wants to increase the evil tariffs because of the wildfires and smokes coming from Canada.  I mean what's his problem? When United States of America had those wildfires in California & Oregon, we sent them our brave firefighters and we sent two of our water bomber planes to put off their wildfires. One of the water bomber was damaged by their American drone and was fixed and once again continued to put off the fires. Look, CANADA HELPED THEM IN TIMES OF CALAMITIES & DISASTER. There are workers who are suffering PTSD. So many soldiers had bouts with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and there are several nurses who experienced such disorder. Each person has its level of whatever ails them, they are humans. They are allowed to have "vacation or leave" for the duration of such stress to pass away. Nurses have humongous benefits: Health Care, Dental Care, Maternity leave for one year! Etc. etc. They should have clothing benefit (scrubs uniform) They are one of the highest paid workers! They are earning almost like executives or the managerial position in private company. I think part of the pressures is when family matters interfere with their work. Some of them earned salary similar to  what the politicians are earning.

I think the most problematic  and chaotic conflict happened at the E.R. & ICU at the hospitals. It's not about the nurses but there are only one ER doctor for hundreds of patients that's why the long waiting hours could lead to more than 12 hours. Understaffed. If there are at least 5 doctors in 100 patients at the E.R. then the long wait could be eliminated. How many ER clinic closed down because they are understaffed. OMG! Or it could be facing class action  lawsuits. Yes, people hospitals and clinics can shutdown or closed down if they are FACING CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. 

There are too many hundred thousands of nurses and doctors  waiting to be employed. The Ministry of Health only have to open their eyes and mind. If you think they are not good enough then YOU HAVE TO TRAIN THEM TO GET SOME SKILLS. Soldiers became expert in their field of work because they are fully trained the hard way. Why soldiers are included in my post its because some nurses think they are in the "battlefield." Sure does, because if you are negligent and you made mistakes of malpractice its about life & death. So  what happens? LAWSUITS! Lawsuits! lawsuits. Hospital closures. NO WORK. Jail time.

BURNOUT? Yeah that the burnout is always prevalent for overworked workers. So true! It's up to the worker to complain if they are given too much loads. There are other workers who need the job. If you are given 7 hours per day that's great! I don't know how you get burnout with 7 hours/day (5-6 days/week)  when you have 1 hour break. There are nurses who are only working 3-4 days/week and not given the 5-6 days/week. It has something to do with scheduling or who is doing the shift schedule for nurses.Is there favoritism going on? Sure there is "favoritism" in every workplace. The "favourites" get the best schedule and they get more hours of work. 

SAFETY & SECURITY in the WORKPLACE? Who are unsafe in the place of CARE? The patients are the ones who need safety and security against those vicious and wicked whoever they are. Is there BULLYING AT THE WORKPLACE? Usually bullying happens at the place of work. But patients bullying healthcare workers? That's baloney. ONLY if probably the patient has mental disorder or maybe suffering from delusional affective disorder. That situation probably happens one in hundred cases.

THE BC NURSES STRIKE what's it all about? What are there demands? Higher wages again? The high cost of living is stratospheric high alright. But do they deserve it? They have to prove it. CCTV should be implemented in all hospitals and clinics that they are truly doing their job properly, safely and accordingly with regards to work ethics and working hard for the money.

 NOTE: Some Nurses are not really affected by this BC NURSES STRIKE. Each nurse has its own problem and they can solve it without the need for strike. Some nurses are smarter than the others. LOVE YOUR WORK! You are fortunate being employed!

AFTER.LIFE

 Last night, we watched the movie of Christina Ricci, Justin Long & Liam Neeson. It's about AFTER.LIFE  It's a horror movie. Most of the movies of LIAM NEESON was action movies and he is the main character or the lead actor. Actually in this movie he is both the lead actor sort of becaue he is the running the show in his portrayal of the  owner of a castle turned funeral home, he was the embalmer too and the grave yard digger plus he was also the coroner.

IN AFTER LIFE the story begins with Ana, a school teacher  (Christina Ricci) was having mental problems already and to ease the pain she consumed a lot of prescription pills. At school she has a young male student who has weird strange relationship with his negligent old guardian at home and was bullied at school and Ana was there to protect him. The boy wants a ride home with Ana but she said no but because she has to stop at the pharmacy and at the funeral where somebody she knows passed away that's where the funeral home owner (Liam Neeson) had spotted her. The funeral owner followed his gaze until she rides her car overlooking through his window. Ana gobbled down more pills and drove to the restaurant where Ana's boyfriend was waiting. They both ordered duck for dinner and tasted the glass of wines. Something happened through their conversation as in boyfriend comparing her with her other, she's gone berserk, boyfriend followed her not to drive home because the weather is unruly anyway and she had wine, right? Unfortunately, Ana had fatal car accident. She ended up at Liam's funeral home! She woke up!! But Liam was not surprise. She doesn't believe what she was saying. He kept telling her she died and she is DEAD ON ARRIVAL. The coroner/embalmer let her do what she wants. WAS ANA DEAD OR ALIVE? WE the viewers of the movie could be confused whether Ana is dead or alive and the funeral owner was just lying and or he just was a butcher sort of trying to make money for the funeral home. It seems like Ana is still alive! Even if she was given a muscle relaxant that keep her in comatose like situation/condition. But every time she wakes up. The boy student saw her from the window talking to Liam. She was alive! Why Liam don't want her boyfriend see her? What's the reason? Anyway, Ana was able to contact her boyfriend through dreams, through telephone call. Ana found out that she is really dead and for the last time she asked for a mirror but then when she saw through the mirror that she is still breathing she knows right there that Liam was lying and it was too late, Liam wants her dead actually and the funeral memorial was ready for the mother, family and friends public viewing. The boyfriend had enough alcohol to drink and gone mad at Liam but he was told of her Ana that only few minutes that he could do. The boyfriend wants to save her out from the grave yard and drove, zoomed in as fast a could but he woke up at the morgue with Liam and the boy who are waiting for their next victim. 

NOTE: Who are the villains here? Was Liam eliminating the ALCOHOLICS & DRUG ADDICTS? Or just that he is the "butcher" wanting to make money from all the DEAD PEOPLE? Ana and the boyfriends are the villains because alcoholics and drug addicts are not supposed to drink and drive and cause hazards and danger on the roads, streets and highways causing other people to have accidents and caused their own death.  ?

 So Taylor Swift the famous singer finally got married with Kelcey Travis (Travis Kelce) the football player for Kansas in MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, New York with all the presence of their families and celebrity friends.

Why in Madison Square Garden not in the Cathedral or Church? 

Why Taylor has no bridesmaids or maid of honor instead it is his brother as "maid of honor?" What? Who is Taylor Swift? Is she "trans"? 

Or just transpositioning a certain code? Whatever!

Then it was rumored that Adam Sandler was the one who officiated the wedding? Really? Is he a RABBI? Maybe he is a Rabbi. Who knows. But do you think Taylor & Kelcey are Jewish?

OMG! What is really  happening? This wedding is just SO WEIRD. Maybe just promoting a "movie." Maybe Taylor & Kelcey were married even before in a private ceremony and this wedding at Madison was to shock the fans and the whole world or it is just a promotion of something for their fans to enjoy or speculate. You know just to create controversy.
