CANADA are after criminals and it may sound absurd but where you can spot criminals? Do not look for criminality in the slum area or poor community.
In the 90's to the Millennium... most criminals are housed in richy affluent community in Canada. That's right! Unbelievable? Most of those big, wealthy homes that only millionaires and billionaires can afford? There... that's where law enforcers discovered as homes of the most outrageous criminals from illegal drugs, meth lab, to sex trafficking and all graft and corruption are happening!
