PROCEDURE AT THE E.R.

IS IT REALLY LONG TIME WAITING AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM (ER) in every province in BC? What's the reason behind it?

I think it has something to do with  ONLY ONE ER DOCTOR? Or the procedure takes a long time because depends on how many patients are waiting to be served or diagnose.

Let say you come in at  10 am at the ER Hospital. Patients are asked to register first. That also depends on how many are waiting to be registered.

PROCEDURE:

1. Registration of the patient

2. Patient to be ushered at the waiting room to be diagnosed by doctor, but before that the patient has to wait for blood work. The result of the blood work takes an hour if its not busy. 

3. Nurse should check the patient's vital signs: Check for temperature, check for blood pressure. height, weight, and ask the reason for checking at the E.R. ONLY if they read the health document that you are having problem with something that need extra care that the cardio will have diagnostic test in another room.

However, for whatever reason there is no procedure like this. You have to wait for another hour. Sometimes 3 hours for the doctor to see you. This is when there are only 25 patients waiting at the ER Lobby.

4. Blood work result and cardio result  arrives and been checked by doctor. The doctor has to do his job analyzing the cause of the problem. Then another blood work to confirm the test.

5. Hours passed by after 4 hours, if there is no need for alarm, the patient is allowed to go home and rest and if there's a need to change medication  then have an appointment with the cardiologist or GP. 

6. It takes 4 -6 hours for all the procedures at the ER as it depends on how many patients are waiting for diagnosis: Blood work, Cardiogram, X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound. Patients are allowed to wait at the ER to find out the result so that ER Doctors know what to do, diagnose,  and find the cure and solution within 4-6  hours period.  It's always a case by case basis. 

For those that need surgery or immediate operation of course, such as those who were shot, stabbed or had vehicular accident of course they don't have to wait for hours and hours to be taken at the OR. They are the first to be administered with care and attention.

 ER should always have 4 ER DOCTORS per day especially on peak day or "busy days." NURSES (RN) should be able to take every patient's vital signs: Checking temperature, height, weight, blood pressure for their medical record on heir visit to the ER. That's the work of ER Nurses. They don't have to sit or stand there at the ER doing nothing. The ER Doctor must  be able to analyze the reason and cause of the problem after the results of the blood work, cardiogram, and other procedural test. The doctor must be knowledgeable in all aspects of MEDICINE otherwise find another job.

This is what they don't know and aware of: THE HIGH COST OF LIVING. If ordinary families here in Canada are having problems with day to day living you know that there is a huge problem. Did you hear how many times Mr Poilievre complained about it since at the time of former Justin Trudeau? That was how many years now? 8-10 years plus up to this year.  You had that infamous pandemic and everything had jumped up to oblivion. The pandemic that built billionaires! Wow! The pricey foods, the price of high falutin cost of housing mortgage and rentals. What's going on really with Canada? It's mostly EXPENDITURES. Is there any inflow of REVENUES for Canada?

With 40 MILLIONS PEOPLE POPULATION, Canada is actually living on sustainable resources. We all can just live buying and selling within our country. But you know there are millionaires and billionaires wanting more than that as in competition for the next trillionaires!

The Prime Minister of a country do not need to travel to every country just to promote products that is not his role as PM. The Prime Minister doesn't need to be a salesman.

How they will be given fair trial if its behind closed doors?

Not good. There should be transparency.  What the opposition is hiding and what they are afraid of? It is EPSTEIN & Ghislaine Maxwell the mastermind of the horrendous sex trafficking, rape & violence against those women and girls who are victims. Hillary & Bill were just friends? of Epstein as they were invited by Epstein in his many wild outrageous parties. Epstein usually invited "only the rich and powerful people" in the US & UK, millionaires, billionaires, politicians, movie stars, famous models, etc and if you are poor you are not invited.

Sen. Hillary Clinton's a lawyer. Her own lawyers and her should have  have their own copy, video, and neutral camera news reporters who will cover the event. Who will question them? is it the US House of Congress? Have it in public view on TV. No cover up.

Latest about Mr. Pierre Poilievre, he had a long speech a while ago. It is about Free Trade with the US. For such a very long time there is no problem with Canada & the US relationship when it comes to trade & commerce until Pres. Trump imposed the unfair, wicked tariff. We tackled all about this tariff actually with former PM Justin Trudeau, the counter tariff. The counter tariff was inherited by current present PM Mark Carney and that made Trump backed out and then the 25% tariff jumped to 35%. It was an on and off tariff threat. PM Mark Carney knew that we cannot live being reliant with the USA. Reliance to only one country when it comes to commerce and trade is not the only way.

Mr. Poilievre's proposal with the Canada-US Trade? It is good but not at this time with Trump. Trade with the US has been damaged actually its because, well for your information the whole world knows that Trump is a difficult man to deal with his show of "deal or no deal" as it was just following the Media, the rating,  not interested in America's economy. He wants some kind of fame that he craves for as if he wants the show all to himself. Did Trump ever think that he is a version of the "Truman Show?" That the spotlight is always focus on him? That what you call in Psychology ah...nvm, he might get away with crimes if you will say that he is mentally insane. He is not crazy or mentally insane and what he is doing is purposely according to his upbringing.  He gets what he wants. Americans allow him to do what he wants and that's the problem. 

It's true that there is no other country in which Canada has to trade but the neighbor close to Canada that's USA. However, how many times did Trump informed the whole world that he is not interested in Canadian products. Trump's the only one who doesn't like Canada's products. Americans love Canadian products. That's why tariff was imposed. Do you understand? This is sort of personal.

What the Supreme Court's  reply about his illegal acts? They were so silent yet in defiance. 

LONG MEMORY

 So the SOMALI Community in Minnesota was under the radar because they were mentioned in the State of the Union Address of the POTUS. The Somali Representative and another woman were yelling and shouting at Trump that their heckling was kind of rude... Trump wants them deported.

How he can deport a US Citizen? I think from what I heard she was once a "refugee." Is that true? I first thought you only get appointed or elected in public office if you are born in the USA.

What are Somalis known for? Long time ago they were known as "pirates of the sea."  That was long time ago!

I don't really know much about them actually. But there was a particular story as I heard that this is what they know about Filipinos. Yeah, I know, another race sometimes had story of another race. So this is it: Somalians said that the "Filipinos in Somalia were street sweepers! " This story was related to me in the 90's. Really?! That was so shocking!! 

IN THE 90's. Maybe if they were in the US, they don't mind sweeping the streets. But knowing my fellow-countrymen... maybe this is the true story>  They are probably landmine sweeper! You know those experts in the bomb disposal? There are Filipinos who are trained in the US Military Base for such expertise in landmine sweeping. 

You know what's wrong with them? As far as I remember, I watched this particular NEWS ON TV. A US Military helicopter was shot, and crashed in Somalian territory. Remember the Mogadishu? No survivor except the Military pilot who was severely injured, but he was alive. The Somalians dragged him out from the burning helicopter thinking they want to save his life. However that didn't happened, unfortunately he was tied down at the back of their vehicle, pulled him down sweeping the street as his bloody injured body bled for more as they parade him on the street while everyone on the streets were laughing like ugly coyotes. That was too much to bear! For God sake what kind of assholes who will do that? They are F'a-h!!!!! I want them punished for what they did! I just can't forget the horrendous abysmal treatment that they did to that young pilot. It was unspeakable! Every time I looked at those Somalis, that fatal scene of the helpless US Military pilot is all I can see. I know his parents and his family were probably devastated as well when they saw what happened to him. Sorry for the blunt words but I just cannot forget what they did! That was the worst kind  of evil!! They were demonic in nature!

 

HUMANITARIAN EFFORT

THE GOOD THING ABOUT CANADIANS? They are so good in Humanitarian Effort. They always are the best in providing FOOD SUPPLY, MEDICAL AID to countries in distress. Now after Gaza, they are in focus with Cuba and how to help Cuba.

Is that good? Hmm, it is somehow good at the same time it is political in nature. That of course will hurt Trump's ego. OMG! It's okay. Just make sure that the tariff wont jump from 15% to 50%.

Take note of this: CANADA have too much FOOD SUPPLY & ABUNDANCE IN MEDICAL AID & HEALTHCARE that they can afford to help & support OTHER COUNTRIES.  How's that HealthCare workers of Canada. Is that GREAT? Who knows maybe some Canadian HealthCare workers would be happy to work through DOCTORS & NURSES WITHOUT BORDERS thereby they can gain more work experience improve their SKILLS  and they can be deployed right immediately. Too many Doctors, too many Nurses that are in need of work experience they should apply outside out of Canada. War torn countries are in need of them in Gaza, in Ukraine and in Cuba. Its not only soldiers who are to be deployed and need improvement and I am not playing games either.

 

NOTHING'S NEW SPEECH

 WHAT's NEW ? you may asked me. 

Oh the boring, nothing's new with the State of the Union Speech of La Donald? The only VICTORIOUS are the Men's Hockey Team who win the Gold from the Winter Olympic Gold. To tell you the truth there  is no need to clap or stand for every statement that he is saying because some of those "accomplishments which are exaggerations"  do not need applause or to stand up for what? Democrats are not crazy to stand up and clap they are in silent defiance of the many atrocities done against them and against the majority of Americans. They are UNHAPPY! They are mistreated and misinformed of the true nature of Trump's form of government. Is it Authoritarian? Is it Nazism? Is it turning into what kind of government? Because what trump is doing is actually not Republican, absolutely not Democrat. Is it always Trumpism? Always a Trump card that he has now Trump.com? He promised to the public he didn't name it somebody else's does. Darn another sucker!

Trump talked too much to reporters on TV  and had posted so many of the subject and topic on his social media account that during his speech what he is saying is just a repeat or replay of the past info.Nothing is new actually.

Then he was on Somalians. According to him, the Somali community in Minnesota had scammed and committed fraud and to be investigated and that made the Somalian female representative in an outburst shouting and yelling at Trump. 

Once again he mentioned that he is against those undocumented illegal aliens who are members of the violent crime organizations and some of them were from mental institutions. Are there proof and evidence of their crimes? Perhaps. But there are also crimes committed by citizens of their own country more than what you can expect. He failed to mention what ICE had committed when they shot American citizens to death. Did he mention the EPSTEIN FILES? Nope. The Epstein Files and its scandal had created the worst scandal and controversy all over the world. That the UK is relentless to seek justice about it.

How's the economy? Ask every American about it. They know better because they are the buyers and sellers. Trump doesn't know buying and selling. He doesn't buy his own food. He doesn't cook his own food. What he buys? Calling Venezuelans his "new friends now?" Is he kidding the whole world? LOL. Taking their oil and gas for free? and nothing for Cuba? By the way he mentioned that everyone liked Marco Rubio! Ask the Cubans if they like Marco Rubio...

I don't know who Trump's speechwriter at least no vulgar words were used in the writing of such very boring  speech. It was longer more than an hour because of the clapping and standing and the mention of their special guests. Did he mention the victims and survivors of Jeffrey Epstein? he mentioned Melania, the movie for a brief moment. 

So far, that's it. CNN Network and other Networks should give Trump rating for his mild, sober long speech in DC. 

COMPLICATED SERIES?

 What else is new? Today is Tuesday so looking forward to watch the new TV series COPENHAGEN TEST.  Maybe you know about it. It's about a soldier named Alexander Hale (Simu Liu) with the mission to rescue an American in the cross fire. His mission is to rescue "one American only." However Hale saw  a young boy in distress and carried him on the way where the helicopter and the crews are waiting, but before that suddenly a woman (Melissa Barrera)  in distressed also was asking help from him and told him that she is an American. Hale was allowed to rescue only one and that's the order leaving behind the woman. That situation bothered him so much that he developed PTSD and started taking medications. Hale was promoted and employed at the ORPHANAGE, a secret spy agency. He was given a key to the Upper level of the building and was interviewed. A black woman named Parker  who has no knowledge about Psychology was hired to look after Hale and analyze every move, every mood, facial recognition, all the actions are being checked and scrutinized by the black woman in the Agency. She and the rest of the Agents in the Upper level of the Orphanage watched him through wide screens. They don't trust him because his thermal imaging showed his brain is showing an arc or data is being transferred or hacked. They thought he is the "mole" and being watched carefully. Hale is working for the Orphanage it's just that they don't trust him. Weird, complicated story.

The problem in this TV Series and the story is The Orphanage Agency do not trust the FBI & CIA. They just want the codes, the secrets all to themselves. So who is the mastermind of the Orphanage and what they stand for? If they are not CIA & FBI, what is their main objective? Who they work for? 

If you like secrets and codes this is the TV series you have to watch. 

If this is the kind of test for a soldier and hired spy they should test themselves too whether they are humans or not. OIC, it's the Orphanage, they don't have family. Their loyalty is only to the Orphanage no one else. He who background checked everyone in a workplace should be scrutinized and background investigated too. ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE & IN WAR.

His first State of the Union was mocked. Nobody in the Democrats side ever smile nor make any facial emotion. They were there for the people of America not for Trump. 

The long speech would probably shame the Americans again. As you probably know him always using vulgar words. 

SILENCE DEFIANCE? Is that how the Opposition will tackle the situation? Are they allowed to bring placards? You know what I mean as protest for whatever he is saying?

OMG! That's very awful. If the Americans had enough of him, they could impeach him. Problem is they are worried about Vance because they don't like him too. They will just wait for the Mid-Term Election. Well I hope he wont declare Martial Law and you guys wont have the chance.

Always causing too much troubles. He is America's annoying spoiled brat. The US Supreme Court is dealing with a mania or the"joker" in a Batman movie who lives in the White House.

Why is he getting to be a weirdo? What's wrong with his brain?

 Americans are going gaga on the $175 BILLION DOLLARS TARIFFS payments acquired by US TREASURY and every American wants refund. lol. America is in debt or indebted for about TRILLION DOLLARS. That's actually what it is for. But it depends on what the Supreme Court wants that allocated as in there are many Departments in the US that need budget allocation: Health, Climate, Environment, Education, Infrastructure, Industry, Welfare, Defense (Military), Immigration/Citizenship, Technology, Socio-Economics/Industry, Works of the Government, Emergency Response, Labor & Employment, Disaster Relief, and a lot more departments and agency that need the budget. Just all those Departments need all the budget and 175 Billion Dollars not enough. To help and support other countries? When your own country has $38 Trillion Dollars  debts? Is that right?

Why all those debts? Why? You know USA like helping countries at war. Their military is always deployed in many wars around the world and that caused billions of dollars in financial budget. How many wars  where USA were involved? Did those countries been helped pay their dues, duties and obligations. Not really! The continues helping and support other countries made them accumulate more debts. Disaster and calamities also had added to those debts. 

Other countries also have debts to pay not only USA.

Mind your own business I should say to myself. It's not my money. It is the GOVERNMENT'S MONEY! No one is allowed to use it for their self vested interest. Maybe they should return it to those who paid the illegal tariffs. 

Now what? what about those retaliatory tariffs of Canada? Uhm, that's up to those involved in the tariff business.

 A mother of two autistic toddlers would like to get aid from the Ministry of Families & Children however, it seems that the two children are not disabled enough to get the funding. It's a therapy that she needs for her children because the toddlers (or maybe those children are over 4 years old but mentally delayed). No funding for local children born in Canada.

They are one of those problems in Canada. There are many problems such as mental disorder. In Ontario according to the news, teens aged 14 to 18 are battling schizophrenia. I only watched it for few minutes because it's just a glimpse of the hour news. What is schizophrenia?  It is a mental disorder of dual personality. A form of psychosis can be mild, subtle to severe on different level. What's the real cause of such problem? Ontario is one of the richest province of Canada but because of diversity, of different ethnic backgrounds, and because of poverty maybe the cause. Wealthy countries do have some problems with their own people. There are problems too everywhere not only in Canada, worst in other countries. 

Every country has its own problem and conflict with its own people, with politics and economy. Then you add the conflict that arises because of some NAZI leaders in other countries who were unstoppable about their wrongdoings, include countries who complicated things because of war which is great burden to other countries. Funding the war effort suffocates one's country in dealing with their internal problems. The budget that is allocated for their own country is being used to provide help and support for the war which is just unfair. 

Anyway, maybe those help and support were just words and no money involve and you think that's funny. Actually it's baloney!

How much trillions of dollars a country should have? The standard of living should not be patterned from the billionaires & trillionaire way of life when they cannot even pay their own taxes. As simple as that. Simply get off your high horses! Build more affordable houses for low income families so that they wont go homeless and build tents on sidewalks.

That's the place where kids experienced bullying. You're ignorant if you are not aware of such. You think that only happened in movies? But God knows what Jessie had in her mind. She probably have friends where she confided some problems.

The shooter's name is Jessie. I first thought the shooter is a boy but it's a girl according to the NEWS. The shooter shot herself. Most of the shooters in Canada committed suicides. ?

While the murderer in the LAPU-LAPU Festival, weaponized the car he was driving and drove fast crashing down on people who were there at the Food Stalls. He was without remorse as he was known to the police that he had mental disorder and dude, he can't get away with murder for sure! He killed not only Filipinos, but people of different backgrounds and race. He murdered Canadians, Vietnamese family, Brazilian-Canadian teacher, tourists, etc. 12 people died and many got injured. That crazy guy crashed the victims bones and smashed their heads.

I don't know the reason how and why this horrendous act of mass murder had happened in the first place. 9 people dead + 1 including the gunman. They wont know either because the gunman or the shooter committed suicide. Did he committed suicide or he was gunned down? That too, I don't know because the police are still doing their investigation.

Some people had almost complete information of the case before even the police informed the public. Whew! What a flash. I am not jumping into conclusion.

Then it was applied in those epic award winning movies CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON & HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS then include all the sci-fi movies STAR TREK, STAR WARS & JURASSIC PARK & its sequels.

What has been done to create cinematic amazing stunts like magic sort of were inspired by AI. 

AI Artificial Intelligence is a stimulation of Human Intelligence. The intelligence of humans were compiled assimilated and simulated to bring out perfection. It is not really magic. Just that some humans are so smart and very creative in chosen field of Arts & Science.

AI is like the whole central library of every knowledge known to mankind and if anybody who wants to use it they got the answer so quick and so fast within seconds. It is AI thinking for you. You are the one who ask the question.

There are many detractors and critic of AI. They could be your teacher because always been the teacher who asked questions. They could be your doctor because their knowledge in Medicine from the University they graduated was matched and excelled by a machine. Doctors learned through books and machines and AI had been programmed by geniuses and those data and information were then compiled in the category in the Arts, Science, Mathematics, Physics, Technology, Medicine, Religion, Politics, Humanities, Astronomy, Geography and other fields of human endeavour.  In other words all the BOOKS with all the knowledge are there in one Machine and the computer machine has GB or TB  or super megabytes of memory, more than a human can hold or acquire. 

AI just gives you easy and convenient access to knowledge and knowledge is power so be IT.

So, 5 High School students were subjected to be detained in an empty prison, they were driven by a uniformed driver/security guard to that prison for detention. The "principal" very strict and has stern voice guides them at the detention cell. One girl who was the 'wildest" started acting coquettish and she was reprimanded by the principal. Later on, time had passed by and suddenly the principal was asking for the students to open  the door. They didn't open the door until blood was splattered on the glass door. Uhm, suddenly flashed back in my mind the driver/security guard of the bus. Who will be the suspect right? 

My daughter and I watched so many FBI, NCIS, CSI television series that sometimes we know who the suspect or suspects.

WEIRD CASE OF ABDUCTION

 Day 7 and until now no proof of life from the missing mother of Savannah Guthrie. Nancy Guthrie age 81 years went missing since Sunday, February 1st. It was her friends who noticed that she was absent in their Sunday Mass. Investigators were called to investigate at her house in Tuczon, Arizona. They found specks of blood stains at the doorstep and a ransom note which meant that Nancy was abducted and the children have to pay ransom money in the form of Bitcoins. Fishy! The children wants proof of life that their mother is alive and they are worried sick because their mother has medical issues (on pacemaker). Latest cellphone outcome had her pacemaker still functions.

The latest news: FBI had found Nancy Guthrie's car parked in the neighborhood but didn't mention in what part of the neighborhood. More investigation inside their house, on top of the roof, garage, etc. Who parked the car in that part of the neighborhood?

The children received another message from abductor which was "sophisticated in nature" as what the expert said. All in the news. Just following the news on how the crime is being solved. 

WEIRD right? How to solve a crime? Follow all the leads, clues, hints and interview all friends, relatives and foes including neighbors and co-workers of Savannah Guthrie. 

Check on Nancy's cellphone or computer, any diary or calendar memo. 

Who would abduct an old woman with medical issue? How psychotic that would be? Do they have enemies? The reporter was saying "they are rich and famous..." Why not he just run for public office again?

MISUNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM THE CAUSE OF CONFLICT

 The latest news in Minnesota that those ICE are now in search door to door asking residents if they know Asian people in their community. WTH!? Just that questioning sort of is just a hint that they don't know who they are looking for. I mean if they really know for sure who the target of their search then they know where to go and know which door to knock or ring door bells. It means they assume or search through "tip only" somebody can tip you off by a racist neighbor and you'll be kidnapped for no apparent reason.

Now I know why they are called ICESTAPO from the word GESTAPO. During the NAZI lawless regime, the GESTAPO at least were not wearing masks. You can see their face. While the ICESTAPO wear masks and armed and they looked like HAMAS abducting anybody who they want for the process of what? What they will do with them? Is there a legal procedure wherein they are allowed a lawyer? Is there a warrant of arrest or they were kidnapped.

How and why the richest country in the world has a problem with just 500 millions of people. USA is large. 50 States. Problem is too many towns and communities were abandoned due to many unforgiving devastation of natural disaster such as hurricanes, earthquakes, environmental hazards, wildfires, floods, land erosion, sinkholes. Part of the problem is instead of having infrastructure, rebuilding their communities, they invested in other countries instead. They fought so many wars after wars, helping wars of other countries... were they paid? Just like Canadians they lose their men and women in uniform because of wars in other countries. The budget allocated for its own country are being used to other country. It is nice being helpful and useful but being abused by other countries are the ill effects of who you should trust and where allegiance must be adhere.

  

Of course, every country needs immigrants especially if the country has low population. low birth rate and the country needs specialized workers. There are works out there wherein citizens of this country wont accept for reasons only them can testify or just that they don't have certification to operate. There are entry level jobs that are easy and convenient but some workers cannot even follow direction or not apt to its function that these jobs are now "automated" for robots or for AI. Banks have AI and machines for easy operation.  Poor working skills or just that so many graduates did not have proper training or just that "training" new employees are part of the problem. OJT or On the Job Training is always required for new employees or workers. That's the first start. Nobody gets in the job right away and know what she is doing and excelled in it. That's pure genius. Experience is required to do the work but if you are just starting... the management should at least train their workers first.

I was not wrong with Miley Cyrus and the many stars who made it big in showbiz.

Why P!nk seldom wins despite of being very talented and hit songs after hit songs? 

By the way GRAMMY Committee seems a Black Organization I think so first priority are Black talents.

Connection. Connection is what we all need to find work otherwise you wont get a job. In the Philippines, if you don't have connection or reference you wont or can't find work. In search for a place to live in Canada you wont get one if you don't have connection or reference.
