Is there maximum overload happening out there? During PEAK SEASON there is always that kind of situation called maximum overload then power outage comes like swift as lightning. DECEMBER is that month of the year for such odd thing.
Power outage, power shut off. Is that coincidence?
Maybe is sort of TEST. You know that's common during the PEAK SEASON. I'd like to think that way so that People, people have to calm down.
So that people who are prone to be in that situation or has anger management wont do anything to cause any trouble because the world is already chaotic. Too many people are stressed and pressured due to high price of goods and high falutin cost of living. So make sure that there is much security and be on guard and make sure that if you are working as front liners, clerks, cashiers or at shopping malls, department stores you have to be polite, courteous, respectful. no bad attitude whatsoever and follow the rule of law as in "customer is always right!"
That violence and hate should be avoided at all times.
