Who Are The Energizer?

 Last night's news on TV was truly devastating as if it's a nigthmare showing dead bodies on Bucha, Ukraine and how they were wrapped in black plastic bags for burial. The female news reporter/journalist was a bit calm but showing so much remorse, almost teary eyed because who wont be affected from such gruesome scenes of death on the roads and streets on a very chaotic war torn country. 

It seems like the military operation-invasion of the Russian on Ukraine is somewhat over the top. That if you don't evacuate or vacate that demolition site you are just a casualty waiting to happen.

I wonder what really happened to Ukraine during the Chernobyl explosion in 1986? We don't really have the news about such radiowave of  such magnanimous proportion of how the radio active materials had affected the next connecting countries and yet the Ukrainians still manage to live inside Ukraine, closer to the Chernobyl. ?  I don't know...maybe they are made of batteries. They keep on going and going like energizer!

Do you know how long Hiroshima (Japan) was untouched? More than 40 years. Humans should not even visit the shrine where atomic bomb had a fallout. Still unsafe.

Then the news on another news network had tenants in Toronto complaining about PRICED OUT: RENOVICTION.

Good tenants who are paying rent religiously could be evicted for certain reason that their place is projected for renovation. Why? If houses or apartments are vacated and renovated, the rent increase goes up. Houseowner or apartment owner can double the price or rent increase is valid where to the extent of their reno validates the amount of expenditure for such change. Rent increase and your property tax goes up.

How old are the buildings in Toronto? 

Century old buildings need introspection and thorough investigation as such that old buildings have structural damages caused by earthquakes, chemical spill, poor electrical wirings, poor plumbing, radioctivity or simply inspection on whether asbestos or radon is present in such dwelling as hazardous to the health and well beings of the occupants.

Did you know that houses, apartments and condominiums built before year 1990 have to undergo radon and asbestos inspection? 

If there will be a worldwide demolition project on old buildings and old houses unfit for humans then your place becomes a WAR TORN ENVIRONMENT and property developers and realtors will become your latest WAR CRIMINALS.
