Looks like there's no stopping the war in Ukraine as shown of the total damages of the war torn country. The only solution there now is a TOTAL DEMOLITION of all the contaminated buildings. It's a place of condemned (condemnation) and abandoned (abandonment) sites not great for dwelling.

I was once a Twitter follower until my two computer hard drives crashed down and I was left with no machines to do my blogging. I was devastated and depressed. After that no more Twitter for me. I don't really know what happened with my account. I don't know if my account was hacked or deleted after the CRASH. (Note: Happened many years ago, sometime during Twitter's first year of its operation)
Truth is my two computers that time had 250GB and with million of followers hard drive cannot make it to store anything. Crashed and burned. That's what it is. You need at least 5TB or at least 100TB to be able to have such function. So, if you have 100 millions to billions of friends? You probably have the main computer terminal at your own risk. Whose got that CENTRAL TERMINAL other than PENTAGON?

If there are hundreds to thousands of dental clinic in every city of Canada then there is competition and thus make it cheaper for patients to pay for dental care. For dentists to tell their patients that "raw materials" are coming from Ontario or from other countries as the materials are imported? WTH. They've done that before with all imported materials for cars, washing machines, dryers, stove/oven and computers. That it's better to purchase brand new than wait for technician to fix what has been broke down. Lame excuses. Sad to say, the finale of the WALKING DEAD was last Sunday. If FTWD didn't come up to the rescue I could have just unsubscribe from AMC so that I can subscribe to Paramount Plus. We have AMC Channel only for TWD & FTWD. Two apocalyptic zombie series.
So that AMERICAN IDOL was really, really long show to showcase the 24 finalists down to 20. I don't like to show favoritism as in better that way. Simply, for whatever reason other people bet on those contestants and they are cut off or eliminated right away even if they are really very talented.
Update: Why some talented singers were eliminated? Because it has something to do with VOTES from fans, points or scores or maybe depends on the judges whether one singer could pass the criteria for American Idol finalist. AMERICAN IDOL. Can you be a finalist or winner if you are not American?

It's hard to write when the television set is on most of the time but my husband watches tv news everyday on the hour after hour. OMG! I cannot concentrate with my writing. Then my daughter is right there at the opposite side of the table and she likes to mumble while playing the game Angry Birds. She's really good at those video games as she scored million points in less than 10-20 minutes. Long time ago she could solve a puzzle in just barely 5 minutes in an hour video mystery game. We stopped buying video games after that.
I can solve the drama over this long pandemic but you know so many humans were benefited from the two year dramatic sequences of how holocaust happened in the past and the present pandemic is recapturing past history whether we as human beings could ever pardon those NAZI collaborators who are still alive in our present generation. So, last night had that WALKING DEAD Episode: Acts Of God. Would you believe that Maggie entrusted her son Herschel to Negan? Wow! Shocking? Time heals all wounds? Negan was kind of reluctant at first because his wife is pregnant and another person to look after could be risky. He would rather go with the Maggie group to fight. Maggie said no. But it is very risky to have Maggie's son to where they are planning to go and left him to Negan's wife. Maggie' s plan > so deadly that one of their members was hit in the head and died instantly after they bombed Leah's "territory" with Lance and his Commonwealth soldiers. Next scenes: Maggie and Leah in the woods, in the forest in a hide and seek, cat and mouse strategy until Maggie was captured by Leah. If Daryl didn't arrived on time Maggie could have been dead.

The subtitled Chinese tele-drama series THE SHANGHAI PIONEERING STORY will soon come to an end, I think... and the shattering devastating story of the Lu siblings from rags to riches is a reflection of how greed can be the source of all unhappiness, friendship loss, death and power is really not limitless. Money is the source of evil or just that the one who you think is in power has no control of his destiny and the people around him. Lu Jiangtao as the ambitious man who never stop at what he can do with being influential to his brother Haibo and sister Siqui who just listened to all his ideas without thinking that his decision will impair their own power to control their lives. Lu Jiangtao's personality and attitude can only be traced from his own biological father Gu X. who unabashedly wreck his own family for the same evil purpose of gaining wealth he doesn't deserve. Gu & Lu had the same wicked and cunning ideology of using the people around them. They are not actually smart, not intelligent but cunning and manipulative that eventually led innocent people victims of their own greed, the death of Sisi and Feng Li's entrance to prison. I feel sorry for Lin Xia who happened to be the first victim of Lu Jiangtao's stupidity that led to the demise of her father, but at least found true love in Haibo's presence only to be fatally victimized by another villain close to Gu and Haibo ended up in the ER and in the latest episode was still in coma, unconscious of the tragedy that had befallen his siblings, of what happened to Sisi, Feng Li and failed attempt of the kidnapping of Lu's son and the businesses they have to save. Because the news on war is very too tiring, redundant and they cannot do anything about it the PANDEMIC has returned with a vengeance as if the influenza will never stop anymore as in "year after year flu seasons which will become normal every year because how can you control DUST and POLLENS?
THE WALKING DEAD apocalyptic series will soon come to an end. Episode TRUST last Sunday was first of the last 3 episodes.
Why it has to end? The series was aired for the past twelve years, the lead characters are getting old and newcomers are into sign language. Some of the lead actors had injury from accidents. The fighting scenes against the walkers or zombies are not just simple fight scenes some of them can get hurt even if they are using props or specialized fake weapons.
Maybe some of those actors had enough slashing and killing zombies (actors masked with zombie prosthetics). Maybe they are already experiencing PTSD or have nightmares or their mental health seems to affect their daily life.
Whatever the cause of the nature of the "end of this very long series" it is really up to the producer and the production company.
It would be sad to have this 12 year series to end just like that without knowing what happened to the lead actor Rick Grimes and Michone. Are they dead or will they appear at the finale?
Mid-April 2022, FEAR THE WALKING DEAD will resume the season series. It was quite a devastating appearance of the lead actress Alicia (Alycia Debnam Carrie) who somewhat survived from being hidden in the bunker only to be injured and had venomous bite from a zombie that led to her arm amputated to save her life. Trying to escape from being a disciple of Coleman yet the zombie politician she was following together with Morgan as the answer to her quest only lead her to the lighthouse where Coleman resides. So the next episode could be choosing the right path to survive. DO YOU THINK MADISON WILL come back in Fear The Walking Dead?

With the amount of information I have and the amount of skills and knowledge I could be wealthier than those people from other countries. However, I am not into graft and corruption.
That's what it is folks.

Weird or what. Look at those 24 hour news journalists who never go home anymore as in they are the mainstays for their news network being ever loyal to the only workplace they know.
Nobody in the business of providing news get to be millionaire or billionaire ONLY the owner of the business bureau.

Last night's news on TV was truly devastating as if it's a nigthmare showing dead bodies on Bucha, Ukraine and how they were wrapped in black plastic bags for burial. The female news reporter/journalist was a bit calm but showing so much remorse, almost teary eyed because who wont be affected from such gruesome scenes of death on the roads and streets on a very chaotic war torn country.
It seems like the military operation-invasion of the Russian on Ukraine is somewhat over the top. That if you don't evacuate or vacate that demolition site you are just a casualty waiting to happen.
I wonder what really happened to Ukraine during the Chernobyl explosion in 1986? We don't really have the news about such radiowave of such magnanimous proportion of how the radio active materials had affected the next connecting countries and yet the Ukrainians still manage to live inside Ukraine, closer to the Chernobyl. ? I don't know...maybe they are made of batteries. They keep on going and going like energizer!
Do you know how long Hiroshima (Japan) was untouched? More than 40 years. Humans should not even visit the shrine where atomic bomb had a fallout. Still unsafe.
Then the news on another news network had tenants in Toronto complaining about PRICED OUT: RENOVICTION.
Good tenants who are paying rent religiously could be evicted for certain reason that their place is projected for renovation. Why? If houses or apartments are vacated and renovated, the rent increase goes up. Houseowner or apartment owner can double the price or rent increase is valid where to the extent of their reno validates the amount of expenditure for such change. Rent increase and your property tax goes up.
How old are the buildings in Toronto?
Century old buildings need introspection and thorough investigation as such that old buildings have structural damages caused by earthquakes, chemical spill, poor electrical wirings, poor plumbing, radioctivity or simply inspection on whether asbestos or radon is present in such dwelling as hazardous to the health and well beings of the occupants.
Did you know that houses, apartments and condominiums built before year 1990 have to undergo radon and asbestos inspection?
