The "Rope Man" phoned the other day looking for my husband because he wants to clean the gutter at the Creekside. I asked what day he needs to work there. He told me that it doesn't matter what day. I told him with a tone of emphasis on what day it should be done so that we know for sure that he is really doing his job there. You know what he said? "You don't need to be there," he said. I quipped have to tell my husband though. You cannot bill us on something that we never see you doing your job. That's my impression and opinion.

One more thing that pissed me off is when a certain guy who works for the appliance company who also do repair works. Imagine that guy just looked at the appliances. Switch in and out and then the bill is worth more than $50.00! What the hell?! I think that's really foul! You can call that some kind of scam. Okay that happened long time ago. I just want to remind that person and other guys about their questionable work because that's not what it takes to earn a living.

What else? There are too many of these people with the license to operate and fix appliances and tech gadgets but they are scamming their clients and customers. Bad. Or perhaps it is not really a scam but lack the knowledge or don't really have expertise to do the job.

My brothers have expertise in their kind of job the problem is connection. Those who are connected with the employment bureau hired people with license but no expertise in their job. What a scam!!!!!! This is the kind of connection nowadays in a new government. A government that we don't really know if its democratic or communist. What is the truth?

At the time of Marcos all the people connected with the regime are experts not people without credentials and capability to do the job. That's the difference. SKILLS and experience to do the job is better.
