For the Americans to start the Venezuelan Oil production would take many years and billions of dollars in production cost. The billion barrels per year? Don't know about. If that's the truth why Venezuela is still not a wealthy nation? Venezuela is a sovereign state unless of course if they decided to be the 51st State. What happened to California & Texas gas and oil production? Are they dry already? If that's the case...no wonder Trump is desperate for Venezuela.

There are a lot of vital information that we don't know about. What's this crazyness about GAS & OIL as if there is not much oil and gas available? Maybe the first exploration space craft with humans need humongous amount of gas and oil in its first maiden voyage to MARS. Who knows right?
