What to learn from it? Too many knowledge you can learn and add skills for your own perusal. How to build things, create furniture, even the simple ones. Watch carpentry show. How to use a hammer, or cordless drill. How to paint what type of paints to use for the walls, etc. What type of material for walls and ceilings to use... What kind of woods to use for flooring.
What secrets those houses, those carpenters have to discover? Such as termites, ants, and the scariest of all ASBESTOS! Including RADON.
How they can find out if there's presence of asbestos on drywalls and on your tiles? Or radon's presence on old pipes and on your basement.
I don't know. They have special instruments or gadgets when they are doing inspection.
You need honest, trustworthy certified people to do the inspection of such presence of asbestos and radon in your homes, office, schools, hospitals, clinic, and workplace.
Or live with it for the rest of your life.
