What's the latest news in Canada? It was last night when a short documentary was featured on CBC news regarding Humanitarian workers who went travelling by school bus somewhere in Ontario and those workers were then taken to the forest by uniformed men and women with armed weapons. The workers were interrogated, inspected and asked about their names, ID and everything that they have to know why they have to be there in that location. The Humanitarians were unable to answer good enough to the satisfaction of the leader of the group of uniformed men and women in camouflage. The newly arrived humanitarians got nervous and speechless. Even children are armed and asking them if they have money or they cannot pass the next border lane where the drum is.
HUMANITARIANS should have resources. Ample amount of resources. If they were just to study and research about such condition of the "location" what is there a need for humanitarian effort? Research or study in that "area" is sort of too late. As if you are not learning from the book. You are just risking your life by being of help, rather you end up being victim and hostage. Pls. watch movies of Harrison Ford he's good at setting example to that kind of test.

Later on they were freed and asked about such situation? It was just a make-believe situation being held hostage just like what happened to other humanitarian effort by the United Nations.
What happened is just a TEST. A lot of learning and knowing where you want to go to practice your skills. They've been TESTED.
It's true, if you are group of Humanitarian service to act as HELP source for those victims in flood, typhoon, and many calamities you are to GO in such dangerous areas and you are not prepared and you don't have the SOURCE or RELIEF GOODS and SERVICES what are you there for?
SPYING is such evil act you know? Instead of being taken as Humanitarians you are called trespassers and spies. Be very aware!
When you heard of CALAMITIES: Earthquake, flood, typhoon, in typhoon infested area when you know that every year that area or country has been problematic and you are to go there for what? Don't go there empty-handed. You are not welcome! It's the SOURCE and RESOURCES of FOOD, DRINKING WATER, MONEY, MEDICINE, RESCUE BOATS and SECURITY > ARMY and RED CROSS that are needed nothing else.
