Am I wrong with my prediction of TOP FIVE? I'm never been wrong with my clairvoyance, he he he he! It's just that somehow they don't work for the BELL. They work for Coca Cola. So without that funny cute guy then they are back to being boring again. They should name the show BACK TO BOREDOM! Aahahahahha! OMG! Me being sarcastic!

Next time I will not announce who will win and who will be eliminated. Know why? When they read some mantras here "they" have no other means but to contradict such prediction.

So beware psychics and believer. If you have predictions just KEEP THEM TO YOURSELVES.

Now have you ever have the chance to watch THE TRUMPS? It's a show about THE APPRENTICE. In this show celebrities are given a chance to showcase their knowledge and skills when it comes to business. How they work with colleagues and how efficient and effective each members and project managers are. And what happened when managers are younger than their workers? Imagine having to fire the most veteran actors and actresses, yeah being eliminated by the youngest of the group? The younger manager who seemed to know it all? You'll find out if its really a "vendetta" greed for power or clash of ego between younger generation over the veterans of the show. Their "theme" is more of an issue or controversial issue in the business world of today. Letting go of the old people and having the young generation to do the work. Sometimes it's more than a mystery of who's who the boss is. Now don't let me go for undercover. lol Oh my what an illusion of grandeur heh.

In this age and time when the youth of today have more ambition to be fulfilled and growth of the business venture is more focus on younger issues. Giving a chance on people who really need the job and let go of people who can stand alone by themselves. Shocking that Tia Carrere was fired in that show. How could that happened? Strange!

Firing people... terminating their contract and letting them go. To terminate a good worker without valid reason for the termination will cause you lots of financial trouble. Either the employee can sue the manager or the whole company. However when you're fired you are to expect benefits: UI and EI. While those who quit and resigned wont benefit from those aid. How could that be? Quitting is good because you don't want to be a part of any wrongdoing. You quit and resigned because there are so many reasons why you quit. With all the hundreds reasons why you quit will prove them they should receive the benefit more than those who were fired. After all you wont quit because you enjoy the work and workplace and everything is alright. When you quit that means there is something very wrong: the work, workplace, the workers'attitude, not enough budget.

Our reasons maybe different. Our opinions maybe reasonably different from one another but because I once quit my job and the reasons are valid enough to have me receive the right benefit. When you're fired from work that only means you made a wrong choice and you are fired because you made a mistake!

Quitting is such an honorable deed with merit based on how you reason out and of course depends on the cause and situation.

Oh well I tend you not to worry about their "firing." They are polishing a stone. They are firing a vase, moulding them to perfection.
