The Facts Of Life

 Oh no!! It's hard to believe that THE GOOD DOCTOR is over! How that happened? Is that really the finale or just the final season for this year?

What happened in this last episode GOODBYE. Dr. Claire came into the picture at the Saint Bonaventure Hospital where Dr. Shaun Murphy works as a surgeon. It was not actually sort of a visit for certain reunion but actually Dr. Claire was terminally ill of cancer. Then the worse thing also happened to Dr. Glassman whose brain cancer suddenly re-appear again. Hmm...it was not a cancer at the first time but it was some sort of wrong diagnosis by Dr. Audrey. Questionable though. That episode was disturbing. To have that brain cancer again? I think the producer wants sort of an "unforgettable ending."

Dr. Murphy had to deal with two patients who are deeply valuable to his life: Dr. Glassman who adopted him, his mentor and had loved him unconditionally and a good friend Dr. Claire who was Shaun's personal adviser who he must save too from the brink of death. Dr. Glassman would rather live six months than one year on a coma. He would not listen to Dr. Murphy even if he could save him with the operation to live for one more year.

Anyway, years had passed by and Dr. Shaun had so many people to thank for, grateful about so many things and how  had his life turned around despite of his autism. He and Lea had two kids and Claire had her own kids with Dr. Jared. What's wrong with this series? Shaun Murphy still selfish on being ungrateful that he wont be in this world without his parents. Ungrateful! He's smart, he's a good doctor but he is not really a good son. It's a shame. Do you think he'll be a good father?

FACTS OF LIFE. 

Facts of life that you could be so good with other people but if you are not good to your own parents...that's a total shame. Well some people are so good acting up "good" with their parents because of "inheritance" and all the gifts and loans without paying, and all the FREE STUFF they can get from their parents as in FREE LIVING IN THE HOUSE OWNED FROM THEIR PARENTS without contributing as in "free loaders."

Anyway this medical television series is a Korean inspired story. Maybe the whole story is about fiction.

NOTE: THE GOOD DOCTOR medical series was nominated for EMMY AWARD (Freddie Highmore is a very talented actor)  but the EMMY went to the TV series THIS IS US: story of a Mother who gave birth to twin babies and still manage to adopt and raise an abandoned black infant.

In Dr. Murphy's last speech, he mentioned DON'T BE AN ASS!

It's probably meant DON'T BE AN "US."

Controversial Good Doctor Series & HOUSE

 Nobody likes a smart ass!

OK. That's true. But not too many people like stupid people especially those who are working for the Government or Health Care.

If you know what I mean. Just happened to watch the latest episode of THE GOOD DOCTOR. As usual that episode of  Charlie's curiosity led to Dr. Murphy informing her she should be a pathologist instead of being a surgeon. True! If you can see or feel anything microscopic without the need for microscope then so be it. I think hospitals and laboratories need humans with bionic eyes and bionic vision. It's the same thing with Nuclear Physics and Radiology, X Ray technicians should have better eyesight, the best vision that they could ever have. SEEING IS BELIEVING. It's their own findings that could determine the diagnosis of every ailments. Doctors and surgeons relied so much as in 100% from laboratory technicians, X-Ray tech radiologist and MRI scanner technician within their ability to SEE what is abnormal in those tissues, organs, and body fluids. Through their testing, through the help of their equipment we can find out or discover the diagnosis. Only if the test is accurate. Only if the equipment are state of the art, modern and not obsolete. Reason to believe... proof.

Ask Marie Curie how to properly use ultrasound machines and MRI scanner. You know how magnets attract? Can you scan magnets from a group of sand? Scanning those magnetic objects in one corner of space? You don't want your "magnets" inside your body taken out from you or you will lose your magnetism and you'll lose gravity. You will have to carry with you a lodestone , magnet or metals (steel or iron) in your legs and hips. If you lose your magnets on your hands you wont be able to use touchtone machines such as cellphones and other automated gadgets. You as a human being has "gravity" that can make you stand on the Earth's surface firmly or else you'll float like a balloon in space.

HOUSE MEDICAL SERIES. In that popular medical series on TV, Diagnostic Team led by the brilliant doctor/surgeon Dr. Gregory House (portrayed by talented Hugh Laurie) had to do the works of medical technologists & pathologists they almost worked on 24/hour basis to find what ails their patients. They don't rely on the works of X-Ray technician or MRI scanner radiologist, they do it handling those equipment and use modern technology seeing with their own eyes and vision. They don't allow other doctors in their team and nurses are not even allow in their "testing to know and find the cure and treatment."They became investigators.  If they have to dig graves they will do it. They even have to do the autopsy. HOUSE is similar to SEAL TEAM in their own extraordinary way. You wished in real life doctors have all the general knowledge about medicines. Specialty or specialization takes more than maybe another 4 years. * 8 years to be exact.

 

In reality, doctors are not allowed to do such thing because laboratory is separated from hospitals and the testing of such fluids: blood, urine, or stools take hours maybe days depend on location and how many patients in that hospital. Can they mix up one patient with another patient's test result? 

There are baby mixed up in the past. Like switched at birth. If that happens, there's a possibility that something out of the ordinary can happen. Yeah like in a horror movie.

TV Series & A Movie That Will Shock Your Senses

 Finally, Dr. Murphy & Dr. Audry had reconciled their differences but will take time, maybe up to the time that if she can walk again. 

Last night's episode of  THE GOOD DOCTOR had a true spinoff once again. How about the part of that woman who was admitted in the hospital for abdominal pain? It turned out that a piece of gauze or scrub towel was left hidden inside her after the surgery on her appendicitis years ago. OMG!! So shocking. But you know heard and read so many stories of such thing, if not scrubs if not forcep or any piece of medical instrument left behind inside the stomach of those patients at the O.R. what else could it be? Alien organism? Seemed like twilight zone.

Then a victim of rape or sexual assault don't even know she was assaulted because she cannot remember the events leading to her admission at the hospital. That also lead to knowing that Dr. Morgan was once a rape victim.

What about the surgery that leads to facial, youthful appearance and to be administered by the hospital president Dr. Marcus, formerly one of the surgeons. The executive position was held by Dr. Glassman before she was diagnosed of cancer by Dr. Audry, which by mistake it was actually just a meningitis. Dr. Audry had done so many errors (mistakes) from the past but never admit to those especially during the "outbreak." Stubborn as she is blaming Dr. Murphy for her paralyzed legs, when in fact she was saved twice as in 2x saved from ultimate death. 

THE CLEANING LADY. Thony's first priority is her only son Luca. She cares about Arman but she cares for her son's health and she is willing to save Robert from dying so that she can ask him again for the medicines that will only come from the Philippines. Arman was confronted by Garret (FBI Agent) to find out who killed the woman whom he had given the protection against the deadly gang. Arman had no choice but revealed the truth and Garret let him go but he will keep an eye on his every moves. This is the first time that a tv series tackle about Filipino families and a Cambodian doctor whose miserable lives keep adding up like a torment sort of pressures that never stop.

LA BREA... don't know if they will show it tonight.

THE TREEHOUSE movie. This is not a comedy movie, definitely not because this movie is somewhat horrifying, demonic and what else could be lying out there... TRUST NO ONE. Trust yourself and your good conscience and survive.

TV SHOWS & TV SERIES

 THE GOOD DOCTOR. Episode last night was another weird story. How a Chinese couple had their daughter confined to hospital with her ailment causing her to lose her liver. The only solution is a live donor for organ transplant. Here's the confusion: how those couples are not matched with their daughter's vital organ then that's truly confusing though. That the daughter is matched with somebody else's outside of their family, presumed to be the biological father of a Chinese girl who doesn't know or believe the accusation because the biological father is not a Chinese. The only thing that matched is their singing talent or ability to sing.  But you know, this television series had proven so many unpredictable events or situation that is more than fiction. Also in the story is Dr. Murphy tried so hard to do a research on how he could save Dr. Audry out of depression by a special surgery on her spinal cord which of course a very risky, delicate operation. Dr. Audry broke down in tears, she's a surgeon and she knows what would happen to her in a life and death risky operation. Dr. Glass intervened for Dr. Murphy to stop his plan whatsoever. If Dr. Audry is not interested or reluctant to have such operation then it's a NO. Acceptance is the key or pray hard for miracles. The new surgeon in their hospital also had disability when she got injured in Afghanistan, her leg was amputated and had to wear prosthetic leg to be able to walk.  Later on Dr. Murphy offered a breakthrough plan of operation to save another patient from dying. He's really that GOOD.

VAMPIRE ACADEMY. When those royal vampires get so thirsty they will really suck the blood out from any member of the lower court by hook or by crook. When the guardian suddenly failed or reluctant to do their job to protect one of the royal families, the guardian is set to be replaced right away. 

THE CLEANING LADY was not shown last night maybe end of series for the season. ?

 THE WALKING DEAD. Group of kids were abducted together with Negan and his wife, and other members of the original cast together they were taken to the "secret outpost." Maggie, the priest and Espinosa escaped from the hands of the Commonwealth soldiers. Carol and Daryl saved Connie from the abductor, the train's conductor killed himself. Only few more episodes until its finale and it's gonna be the END OF TWD.

Tonight is LA BREA tv series.

Controversial Stories for TV Series

 THE CLEANING LADY the continuation of the series that brought TNT families from Phils. in the US their complicated stories intertwined with so many troubles after troubles when Thony (Cambodian surgeon, married to a Filipino whose son had a life-threatening illness that in order to save the son's life had involved herself in the works of the mobster leader named Arman, and thus give Thony her new life as the "cleaning lady" for the mobs). To make things complicated, Thony was also a double agent for an FBI agent. While trying to keep herself away from troubles after her son had the transplant in Mexico, her sister-in-law got caught in an attempted homicide. Thony tried to help but the problem keeps getting bigger until she can no longer bear it and asked the help of Arman to keep the extortionist from further complicating the matters that will implicate Thony's nephew to a crime caught on outside camera owned by the extortionist who happened to work in that building. Arman had to do what he needs to do to keep the extortionist from bothering them. This series is really full of troubles, conflict and it seems that Thony and her sister-in-law are now part of the mob. It's not what they dreamed of, it's not an American dream. It was actually a real life nightmare.

THE GOOD DOCTOR. After months of recuperation, Dr. Audry was welcomed back by the whole hospital staff at San Jose Buenaventure Hospital. Despite of her disability she will have to perform an operation based on her expertise but knowing she is half paralyzed using wheelchair for her mobility in and around the hospital, the nurses and therapist helped her regain her confidence and tried to make the OR a place of convenience for her, however, there is difficulty experienced by Dr. Audry that Dr. Marcus (Harper) had to relieved her during the operation. While Dr. Murphy had one new resident surgeon (whose medical expertise came all the way from Afghanistan). However, Dr. Murphy doesn't like this new surgeon's attitude and he is willing to fire her when she reported her to Dr. Audry. Whether the heart transplant (from a pig to human) was just a trick sort of to test the new resident surgeon Dr. Powell was irrelevant or meant to offend the wife of the heart transplant victim or Dr. Murphy is suffering from illusion or delusion of grandeur? I don't know. Just that Dr. Murphy is showing inept strange attitude towards Dr. Powell. lol. Wonder why. Because she is acting like a waitress instead of a doctor? Dr. Morgan and Dr. Park were two doctors divided by their ambitious career and love loss that they seemed to bark at each other's nerves. Dr. Glass suffered a back injury and together with Dr. Audry had their therapist attending to them. Before the end of last night's episode, Dr. Audry blamed Dr. Murphy for her leg paralysis. After she was saved twice!! She flatlined twice. She could have been dead. While the nurse who was the target of the assailant was not hurt badly. Waitcha, why the assailant looked like Dr. Park? lol. Anyway, tell Dr. Audry that maybe that's one of the worst thing that happened in medical diagnosis with the help of MRI scanner. She also had a booboo with Dr. Glass when she informed him that he had brain cancer, in which she, Dr. Audry opened up Dr. Glass's head and played with his brain and had taken out his position as Hospital's  President or what is his position as the CEO?  He could have a paralysis too but you know...medical series such as this one is a product of fiction. 

For those who were flabbergasted that Wilbur the pig will be euthanized... did you hear those kids crying?

Truth is stranger than fiction.

The Good Doctor

 THE GOOD DOCTOR. Heart-wrenching, heart-pounding moments on this medical series Episode: Afterparty. The wedding celebration is over! Blood all over the victims, Dalisay and Dr. Audry down on the hospital floor, the assailant was nowhere to be found until he took some hostages in another room with 2 doctors and one patient suffering from abdominal pain. The cops and security guards arrived to save others from being stabbed, shoot at or injured but the perpetrator of crime turns out was an outrage man who was known to the victim Dalisay , the nurse who was fired from work in previous episode by Dr. Audry what could be the real behind the conflict was further confessed to another doctor (Jewish doctor who is gay and in a relationship with another male health care worker) while being hostaged in another room.

Dr. Shaun Murphy, Dr. Glass and Dr. Harper were in a rush to save the victims of stabbed wounds. They saved Dr. Audry and Dalisay. However, when they thought Dr. Audry was far from  worst after the surgery, suddenly she flatline and once again the doctors/surgeons were in panic to revive Dr. Audry. Dr. Shaun Murphy suddenly had a panic attack that made him in a screaming fit. It was too much for him to lose another life and the flashback of memories of his brother who fell from the bus and hit his head and body on the concrete ground when he cannot do anything to save his brother's life made him deliriously helpless and seeing his dead brother "alive" in his "imagination" just spark the will to save Dr. Audry's life, the tears falling from his eyes cleared his vision and realized that he can see what's really wrong with Dr. Aundry's heart. Once again, Dr. Audry got the help she needs. The infusion of more tragic drama when the cop shot the health care worker who was actually the "killer," the doctors don't know what to do whether to save the life of that man or Dr. Audry. But Shaun insisted on helping Dr. Audry. Hmm...strange? ((Rumors had it that the actress playing the part of Dr. Audry wants to quit the series. So in fairness whether to have Dr. Audry die in that scene would be her greater exit from the show, just like most actors/actress in popular shows/series)). What happened to Lea's part or role in the picture or scenes? She was overshadowed by other dramatic actors and actress. But it's okay.

Anyway, after all the panic stricken health care specialists, workers and all the cast in this dramatic episode, everything seems like an after  catastrophic storm of events. They saved everyone including the stupid murder suspect whose hands were strapped on the bed with metal handcuffs and guarded by a cop. However, Dr. Audry's leg as they found out has been paralyzed.

Yeah, always something that there will be a conflict, problems after problems in medical series. Great acting! They need an award for this season premiere episode.

NOTE: Surgeons should really wear high-powered eyeglasses to help them with any type of operation. You guys are not superman whose vision are just normal. The minute details or anatomy of vital human  organs, its veins and inner lobes, tiny human parts such as blood vessels are almost microscopic don't really know how those surgeons can see with just a 20/20 vision. Extra vision is a must for those surgeons especially aging doctors.

I was thinking of those med technologists whose vision about the COVID VIRUS as a different kind of virus when its only a COLD VIRUS. The VICKS spray on your nose could defeat them. Then MACGYVER had a solution... lol. OMG! ah, you should watch that episode of such cure. Too much to bear.

The Good Doctor

 Did you watch the latest episode of  THE GOOD DOCTOR? It was about the Measure of Intelligence. How intelligence is measured? Go check your Psychology book. 

There are many factors on how intelligence is measured. First of course on several tests, IQ Test, comprehensive general test on individual's assessment. Test you are not aware of, as in done without your awareness, unconsciously you are being examined like a lab rat. Oopssi that hurts eh?

Just like this COVID-19 Pandemic of all trials and tests being administer by the NAZI and their avid followers. Ha ha! Too bad! The AUSCHWITZ too old and rotten to administer all those "laboratory rats for their observation test." Well, of course, obedience to authority seems to be one of the factors that lead to that test. For those who would rather disrespect their superior in authority found ways to act differently to oppose such drastic action. Beacuse probably they studied PSYCHOLOGY IN COLLEGE and they know what "Obedience to Authority means." Yup, what happened in the war in VIETNAM with millions of people, children, adults, soldiers, civilians whose lives should not have been perished but because obedience to mass killing of innocent people was such an order they have to forget but cannot and PTSD is their only way out. There's no lying when it comes to writing HISTORY. You might as well die than to write a history full of lies.

So, let's go back to what happened to Dr. Murphy (Freddie Highmore) when Dr. Glassman (his personal mentor and sponsor) retired from San Jose Bonaventure Hospital, when Salen (former patient/observant) had overtaken the hospital and introduced the ETHICURE MEDICAL and her AI robotic measures/tracker of patient's vital medical information/BMS that could lead so many nurses and medical practitioners out of work. It is the latest AI modern high technology machines if its proven efficient and effective can lead to millions of unemployed employees in the hospitals, clinics. Then include Salen, acting like robot too as in she is everywhere, listening, observing, butting in and monitors almost everything that moves inside the hospital. Is she that annoying or what? Dr. Murphy asked the opinion and help from his mentor Dr. Glassman ((busy trying to make wine from scratch. He was on the wine barrel with his bare legs and feet squeezing the juice from the grapes. BAD! Dr. Glassman is real bad! The old method of making wine is similar to the old ritual used in the Medieval period of squeezing grapes using human legs and feet of prisoners and what happened? BUBONIC PLAGUE sets in. Anyway, maybe the doctor's legs and feet are free of germs and no sores of anything, no fungal infection and no athlete's foot)). The he asked Dr.Murphy to join him in squeezing the grapes. What the hell...

The whole cast of THE GOOD DOCTOR was kind of annoyed of her > SALEN, especially Dr. Murphy because first he disapproved the scrubs he is wearing. The scrubs too itchy for his skin. The color of the scrubs not appealing to my vision.  There are several annoying situations wherein Dr. Murphy is not happy about and he let Salen knew about it. He thought everything's ok after that "talk." However before the end of that episode, a large poster was shown of Dr. Murphy above (not on top) the building of the hospital with quotes/unquotes:

OhmyGod! What an outstanding advertisement. Is that an insult or ridicule from an ADHD Salen?

NOTE: Those modern machines that automatically tested, recorded and informed of your vital medical issues are like HOT PRESSURE WATER TANK with compressor. That's deadly. It's fast and maybe accurate but the rapid radiation on your physical body could be hazardous to your health and so as those "tracker watches" you are wearing. One day your healthy and the next day after using such machine you only have few days left. Don't wait for a day when you'll cough out blood.  Remember you are a HUMAN BEING, you are not a robot. You are not made of wood or ceramic. But you know some humans are very curious. To see is to believe and to try brand new modern high-tech machines could make them "civilized and modernized as being retro-metro but unhealthy." RAPID FAST TESTING. LIGHT TRAVELS FASTER THAN SOUND.

Struggling To Understand An Autistic Surgeon

I first thought the first surgery led by Dr. Shaun Murphy was at the time when the emergency room was self-contained because of an outbreak, and he was in charge of the caesarian operation done to a pregnant woman. So why Dr. Murphy had that episode last night wherein he has to do the lead general operation to a cancer patient? But before that, Dr. Murphy was distracted by the laboratory technician who is sexually attracted to Murphy. Yeah, something fishy with her. I wonder if she is related to Dr. Park. Murphy was kind of nervous when he cut open the belly of the cancer patient and he was uncontrollable screaming in such a hissy fit. What could be the problem? Is he distracted of seeing something else like what's inside the belly of the woman? That he cut one part of the intestine wrong? Or there is actually no traces of cancer in it? That the MRI test result was wrong? What could be? Well, Dr. Murphy said it was too complex for him to do the operation. He was watching a Japanese operation and that technique works on their patient but for him to do it without the expertise of such brilliance and experience of the veteran surgeons, he was sort of helpless.

Whatever! Maybe he wants to be the one doing the "assist" or advising the surgeons what to do. Or he wants Dr. Park out of the room which the head surgeon advised him to do his first surgery in another operating room where and when the two doctors Dr. Brown and Dr. Reznick were struggling with their once drunk patient who was recuperating from legs surgery.

As a viewer, I could only think based on my judgment on how the actors and actresses react to given stimuli or based on story (adapted from Korean drama series). Controversial, bizarre,  stories. For Dr. Murphy operation seems like mechanical.

Dr. Glass was having anxiety about the gun that his newly wed wife owned, hidden in a locked box. He knew the code because his wife let him know just in case. OMG! Old people have that assurance that their relationship would be dealt with such thing? Or in America, gun ownership is required because it is a sign and symbol of security and freedom of ownership especially because the woman was once worked in the military. They both patched things up because they love each other. I hope they love each other. While Dr. Murphy was out of the hospital after the surgery and in for curiosity. Dr. Murphy should better find a better love partner in this series. Is Paige Spara not pretty enough?

No one knows that Dr. Brown's mother died of an accident except Dr. Reznick. Dr. Brown had visited a pub and maybe got drunk and had this male weird acquaintance. What happened next is ? To be continued.

Doctors are also human beings and they also commit mistakes. It's just that they are the ones authorized to give Rx prescriptions for your medicines and they are the ones authorized to do the surgery. Most doctors had to undergo many years of training and specialized skills to become expert after having to finish four years of pre-med and four years of residency in the hospital. More years of studying, introspection, homeworks,  more training, seminar, symposium, science research, hundreds to thousands of patients for surgery to  practice their cutting and sewing.

You wont believe how surgeons practice and train themselves about surgery. First they become hunter, hunting wild deer, moose and animals in the wilds. They used tranquilizer bullets and used their animals as guinea pigs for their "training." When that is not enough, they volunteered in war zone countries and practice medicine, more training means more skills being added.

The Good Doctor is Super Good

The GOOD DOCTOR Episode: Risk & Reward. Once again Dr. Murphy got into trouble at the operating room when suddenly the sound of music was played during the operation. Unusual! But what can you do if the newly hired chief surgeon insisted on it during the major operation because he loves to listen to music. Bad! Real bad! That's annoying especially if the chief surgeon is the only one enjoying such disturbance making everyone distracted of their concentration to do their work.

To make matters worst, when Murphy had a conversation with the parents of the newborn baby who had abnormalities and because the mother of the baby confided that she took anti-depressant that could be the cause of the diagnosis and why the baby needs a life support and the much needed heart and bowel surgery to survive. That too made the new chief surgeon wary about Dr. Murphy's being vocal about something that is supposedly confidential or that needs further study. So he was told to move to the Pathology Department and maybe he can learn from such specialty.

In the field of Medicine, it is very awkward to tell the true essence of any disease without further testing in the laboratory. Any diagnosis should be tested first with proven proof of evidence. One cannot assume that the onset of any ailment or disease is based on the fact that it was caused by the patient's tattle tell of what really happened or that the patient's account of statement is true or not, fabricated or hearsay or cause by something beyond their means. The new chief surgeon Dr. Han is the Korean-American  actor (Daniel Dae Kim) who portrayed the role of a cop in Hawaii-Five-O.  I don't know if he is jealous of Dr. Murphy's credibility as a resident surgeon or he really wants him at the Pathology Department where his expertise is much appreciated and of help to many patients.

By the way, why is Daniel not working in HAWAII FIVE-O anymore? Is it the same ordeal as two white men disliked his work ethics in that television series? Is it about racism?

Before a diagnosis is revealed laboratory tests should be taken into consideration. The many lab tests on : urine, stools, blood, physical examination, x-ray, etc. etc. That's how it is being done. However, Dr. Murphy is almost like a clairvoyant, a savant autistic who can pinpoint the cause and how to cure and how he can do the surgery with ease. A human anatomy for him is like a complicated maze or puzzle and what happened? The baby was alive, the baby survived because of Dr. Murphy's diagnostic revelation of saving the life without further testing. The baby is already on the operating room and time is gold and will you wait for the laboratory test result after hour and hours then the baby would probably had died waiting for the lab test outcome.

Pathology is the field of Science and Medicine most required for the diagnosis of any medical condition. A formal study of any related field of science that determines the result or outcome of any diagnosis through the laboratory tests done to patients. If you are in doubt, a pathology determines the correct, accurate cause of such disease or ailment or the cause of death of a patient (during the autopsy process). Pathology is the science of determining the cause of disease without being a quack doctor or eliminate the guessing game.

They Will Beat You With Work Experience

What will you do if you are Dr. Glassman, the neurologist, the brain surgeon and the President of the Hospital where you worked for so many years then suddenly when all the members of the board in your hospital is against accepting an autistic savant like Shaun Murphy? Okay, that was done, Murphy was then accepted after all the tests were accomplished and because he saved a boy's life in the very first pilot episode of THE GOOD DOCTOR. Next, Dr. Glssman acts as mentor to autistic Shaun Murphy played by Freddie Highmore. They are buddy-buddy, they eat pancakes together in the hospital canteen and they shared common knowledge as if they are father and son team. Then Dr. Glassman was diagnosed with brain tumor. For whatever reason that Murphy was so curious about his ailment that he wants to help him and save him from dying. His affection towards the surgeon is more than of a doctor trying to give his buddy with much love, care and attention. Instead it's another brain surgeon who did the operation and it was a success. However, Dr. Glassman is showing some form of hallucination due to the medication he was taking (turned out he was not taking those pills). Dr. Murphy tested Dr. Glassman pertaining his memory skills on the many stuff in his home. Dr. Glassman was put to the test, one by one  Shaun asked who gave him the couch, the lampshade, etc. then he asked Dr, Glassman what's the name of his brother and the surgeon was reluctant to reply and Shaun repeated the question again. Dr. Glassman answered, "Sam."

I first thought he is Sam too. Yeah, ang sama mo Shaun Murphy. You don't believe your friend. How he was able to visit you at your new home in a new address?   But Shaun said his brother's name was Steve. Who cares? It doesn't mean that Dr. Glassman is crazy or the operation on his brain is unsuccessful. Sometimes, autistic people can be very annoying. Pag pasensyahan.

There are too many reasons why some good hardworking people are out of job it's because they put them out of work so that the rank and file has its movement. Young workers influx, moving to the next rank or being promoted. Who must stay at work in a workplace?

The retirement age is 65 years old, mandatory for some business establishments. While other workers are forced to retire on early retirement settlement. Why? Would you like being force to retire at age 50? There must be something wrong? First, could be health or medical condition when the worker is disabled to do the job. Showing signs of dementia. Being forgetful? How many times? Depends on how many times you forget something (is it deliberate, intentional, on purpose with a motive?) To forget a forcep or any medical instrument inside the abdomen of a patient or leaving gauze inside the patient's abdomen after the operation that's a different story. Is that the fault of the head surgeon or his assistant or the nurse? How many old people working in Canada and America even in Europe? You can work until you have the energy to do the work and if you own the business establishment. In Dr. Glassman's case, he probably have to retire as a brain surgeon but he should still work as the president of the hospital because his wit and intelligence to advice and make things right for the company is still intact. How old is he anyway? Is his decision making flawless or sort of pain for many doctors who are after his executive position in the hospital? is there a power of greed? More work less pay? The missing equal opportunity? Is that kind of problematic faulty situation happening also in the Government? fault of the "higher ups" being blamed to the subordinates?

In other business establishments, some employers preferred to hire retired persons to manage their business. Why? Because old people are reliable, responsible,  respectful of the rights of others and their work experience is much better than other workers. Their work ethics were then harnessed, flourished and polished through times. They are like old wines. They are good at hands-on passing the experience to younger workers. You will learn from old workers in terms of the value of hardwork, industry, skills,  courtesy, patience and perseverance.

TV SERIES

OMG! The internet is somewhat so slow today. What's happening people?

The First Lady Mrs. Trump dressed in a safari outfit! Wow! She almost is a look-alike of Bo Derek. It's 10. There's probably a revival of INDIANA JONES. My daughter likes all about Indiana Jones, from the very first sequel to the last sequel. It was a fantastic amazing movie. They tackled almost everything in Indiana except the mummy so it would be nice if Harrison Ford returns with the Mummy alive.

There are so many things happening in the TV World. There are too many wonderful series and horrifying series of course. The many returns  and its season premiere of the following blockbuster shows and tv series such as: TWD THE WALKING DEAD. This is supposedly the last season episodes of  Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes). The group of Rick went to the abandoned museum and had stolen some artifacts and agricultural plow and pioneer's wagon with wheels. It's not that easy how the process of moving out those valuable assets of the past. Exequiel thought he will perish from such "expedition sort of" hanging from the glass floor (ceiling from the totally dead walkers waiting to devour him) but you know he is the lovey dovey now of Carol so he was saved from the wrath of the ravenous dead walkers from being eaten alive. The glass floors kept on cracking from the weight of the wagon and their heavy feet, atlas, they were spared, got out and they were all alive from such ordeal, however while they were on the way to their destination, zombies followed them on the road and one of the teenagers got bit on his arm and can't be saved. He died. Maggie had her first instinct to do what she can and through the eyes of the parents of the boy, through the mind thinking of Gregory (owner of Hilltop mansion) her decision led them astray. Maggie was about to be branded and almost killed by the boy's father and by Gregory, later on Maggie and Daryll sentenced Gregory to die by hanging. Tragic.

And everybody's watching with the keen sense of  "where and when Rick's gonna die?" I think too many will spare their lives as sacrifice before Rick dies. Suspense!

Now let's move on to THE GOOD DOCTOR: Episode: 36 HOURS. Shawn and his fellow doctor had an incredible patient with a bulging penis that never seem to bow down. It's not funny. It calls for emergency. they don't know what kind of operation is needed for such kind of erection. Finally Dr. Glassman had the surgery and it was a big success to the delight of Dr. Murphy who was extremely the happiest. Then a simple hysterectomy got  haywire when Dr. Melendez and fellow resident surgeons made a grave error. The patient cannot make a decision because she had general anesthesia and they asked the patient's partner to make the decision, however he can't do that and asked the resident surgeon to make the decision in behalf of them (patient and partner). Darn! It's a life and death drama so it should be the head surgeon who should decide. Save the life of he patient. What's really wrong? They should concentrate on their operation and should FOCUS on their job. Gossiping inside the operating room is punishable. Doctors should look at the patient's body parts (where the focus of surgery) not staring at doctor's face. If its hysterectomy, focus is required all the time. Check on your medical screen. Did you see them wearing magnifying eyeglasses? How sharp is their vision? Ah, nerve, they really know how to reason out when they made mistakes. Antonia has the habit of staring at doctor's face during operation instead of  looking at the patient's anatomy or the "part or body organ  that which needs the surgery" Hysterectomy when small incision is needed and they rely on computer screen that shows the patient's body parts on the screen. This is a complicated procedure and must be done by specialist who had hysterectomy done successfully on at least hundred patients before they become truly expert at what they are doing. What if the wiring got malfunction or the computer screen got flickering or buffering? Weird. (She should be placed in the receptionist's office instead). Not a laughing matter unless of course if this series is about comedy. Anyway, they cut open the patient instead to see the vital organs. It's no longer hysterectomy. Now you know that hysterectomy is scary.

Do you have a touch tone laptop or computer that functions on TOUCH? Highly sensitive. That if you touch the screen the focus can change automatically. It can change the size of the screen. Totally sensitive touch. This can also manifest and affect your thinking and vision.

Another physician told Dr. Murphy (Freddie Highmore) that he is a pet to other humans and later on was told he is a jackass when Lea left him alone sitting on the bench outside the hospital for being a jerk. It seemed like nobody can understand the autistic Shaun. Can you understand AUTISM?

True Colors

Fishy! I had smoked salmon for lunch and that lingers inside the house when my sister and her daughter arrived. I didn't give them a piece of smoked salmon because they also smoke their salmons.

Fishy!! That's the kind of  episode aired on THE GOOD DOCTOR last Monday. A girl was in severe pain down her "genitalia  " because it turned out when she was two years she was circumcised. Shocking! It was a female circumcision or ritual mutilation of female genitalia. Controversial or taboo but it was explained about the dilemma in this blockbuster television series.

Shocking controversy is just normal in every hospitals and clinic everywhere around the world. That's what happened in hospitals and clinics and the stories are really shocking but that's what it is folks, reality!

Then next, The good doctor Shawn Murphy (Freddie Highmore) informed another doctor about the janitor who is suffering from his cancer ailment. He mentioned the many symptoms of his diagnosis. They both observed the janitor who was at that time cleaning the doors made of glass, spraying solution  on the glass and he was kind of reacting to the liquid solution. He should wear a mask because that's what it supposed to be when using such powerful cleaner. Imagine using such window cleaner to clean the glass in the hospital? How many wide glass panels in that huge building called hospital? The windows cleaner solution once sprayed in the air can linger in the air and once it stayed in front of the janitor without wearing mask or protection on his face that solution can be inhaled and it will travel through inside the body of the janitor. It was direct contact. Is it Science or Physics? Plain common sense actually. So he developed an ailment through that process, it's his work. Some works are dangerous and hazardous to health. Because Dr. Murphy is that caring and meticulous human being he wants to help by attending to the operation right away but it should always be a matter of  having permission from his family. Remember, every operation needs a contract, signature from the patient and family that they allowed such operation to happen. The operation took place and everything turned out fine, and they informed the family that nothing to worry about. Then Dr. Murphy saw his girlfriend Lea as she surprised his boyfriend at the hospital. Murphy reacted so strange and left Lea. The operation continued on the janitor. However, something went wrong... What the hell happened? It was kind of so sure that the team of surgeons were already successfully given the janitor a brand new life and suddenly his life was taken abruptly.

Who to blame? The janitor's family members were blaming each other until Dr. Murphy informed them it's not their fault.

Shawn and Lea together or Shawn and the doctor mentor Glassman? Dr. Glassman will be under the knife soon. What is Dr. Murphy's true colors?

Never Take Your Life For Granted

A young handsome man was smitten with three sexy, pretty women crossing the road and his eyes were still glued to those women while they passed by him at the back and not looking at what's ahead of him and drove his motorbike abruptly and then instantly he was hit by a rushing vehicle. It was shocking! Next scene, at the hospital  doctors are called for duty once again to the many patients waiting for surgery and one patient was waiting for organ donation.  Dr. Murphy and another fellow doctor were  called to get the internal organ harvested from the donor named Oliver. It was first time for Dr. Murphy to ride the helicopter and while on the way to the hospital the female doctor Claire Browne keeps on talking to him but he was not interested in having conversation with her. She tried so many times to engage him in conversation but Dr. Murphy's mind in something else, it's about the dynamics of the helicopter, how it moves, how it flies and whatever in his mind only autistic people knew.

At San Jose Bonaventure Hospital, one doctor discovered that his patient consumed alcohol when he should not and that determines whether it is possible for him to recover after that or whether a surgery is necessary and most of all would an organ transplant is necessary. The chief surgeon made a calculations on the wall glass, he solved at which percentage the possibility that the dying patient will able to live or not. Or a glass of alcohol already consumed his failing organ? Yup, the chief surgeon is also a genius not only in matters of operation, saving lives but he is also a mathematician. Good job! It's a team effort in this episode. Aren't you glad that there is a HOSPITAL with doctors who are willing to save lives? Think positive! Doctors and nurses and all medical staff are there in the hospitals because they took an oath to SAVE LIVES. Hippocrates.

What happened next? The helicopter wont take Dr. Murphy and lady doctor back to Bonaventure and they have to ride the police car instead because there's no ambulance available. Oh my God! What the hell! They have an organ donor's liver inside the iced box and they are in a slow car. Without the flashing emergency alert flash-lights? Anyway they performed the "necessary operation" outside the police car and with the heat of the Californian sun? Out in the hot, hot sun and cold iced box with icy slurpee? Dr. Murphy found a tiny glassy object from the liver. (That's what happened with your liver when you consumed too much slurpee). If there's brainfreeze there's that liverfreeze).

What lesson can you get from this episode? A live patient is what is necessary to have  a perfect organ transplant where the patient and organ donor is at the same time in the same operating room. A living organ donor just like _______! (Who will do that miracle operation?) It's like taking the life out of a living donor so that the other person can live). What is the value of the donor's life not valuable as the patient? That's hurtful. I am sorry, apologize from my blunt words but ... you know only God takes the life of another person. To take an organ donor's internal organ from another hospital which is hundred miles away from the place of operation is crucial. It could be that's another way of having Dr. Murphy out from the hospital. It's another trick or treat maybe? Once again the story is FICTION! it could be fiction.

What happened next? The "dying patient" was released from the hospital, there's no need for him to go under the knife. He has only 2-3 months to live. The other patient who needs a facial surgery whose face reconstructive surgery was done by grafting a piece of his skin from his leg to his face and after released from the hospital he started smoking again. The doctors shook their heads in disbelief.

At home: Shaun took the batteries from his neighbor because the female neighbor at Rm#34 borrowed the batteries and he wants them back. Dr. Murphy waited for the cat by putting a can of  Friska? on the top of the patio table. Please donate a TELEVISION for Dr. Murphy... THE GOOD DOCTOR.

AUTISM. Are you autistic? By the details. I think Dr. Murphy's attention to details is really time consuming but it will help a lot of people mostly people who have problems understanding millions of children who are suffering from autism.

Whatever is in my mind on how I retrieved the memory from last night's episode OLIVER on THE GOOD DOCTOR series. By the way Dr. Murphy had breakfast of pancakes together with his benefactor Dr. Glassman. Know what?
