WHAT'S NEW?

 Isn't that weird that the CORTINA OLYMPIC GAMES in ITALY is more like in a  "silent mode?" Canada hasn't provide more information who are Canada's athletes who will compete in the Winter Olympic Games on February 2026.

Unlike when we had the famous duo dance ice skate partners Shailene Bourne & Victor Kratz and the very popular Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir... Canada is always in the news in every competition.

Who knows could be a huge surprise. 

It seems that Canada is not into the Winter Olympics Games.

When CANADA is a country in the North and we get more ice and snow during Winter Season. It could be that when a country is populated by humans who are not loving winter season and they tend to seek the warm climate. Over population could change the climate from cold to hot and that also lessen the volume of water flow.

You know how you can change the climate? You have to be a genius like EINSTEIN.

If you are watching for CBC NEWS & CNN for the past 32 YEARS you will know who is lying or who is most credible and has credibility.

Well, let us first start with the news on WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES IN BEIJING, CHINA (February 2022). SCANDAL had happened when Russian figure skater almost perfect in her performance had been reported taking a ban substance - drugs for her HEART AILMENT MEDICATION. Controversial as it is... hatred has been ruled and everyone seemed to hate Russian teams and every Russian including Putin.The whole Olympics Game had been controversial for the whole duration of the Games.

Next News: Russia's Pres. PUTIN had a meeting with France's Pres. Macron.

Next News: NATO announced a MILITARY EXERCISES at the Border of Ukraine and Russia. All European countries, Russia, Canada and USA included in the Exercises. You know what's happening during Military Exercises?   Are you in the MILITARY? Are you a soldier? Will you give military information to public or to civilians?

The presence of FOREIGN PRESS & MEDIA there to witness the on-going happenings and events to be unfold. They have cameras installed on all borders. TOO MANY EYEWITNESSES FROM AROUND THE WORLD. Scenes showing Russian tanks in farm fields. Ha? They are using their tanks for farming? 

Then in another channel... foreign journalists talking to Putin. I don't know if they understand each other because those journalists don't speak Russian.Language barrier.

NEXT: Breaking news BOMBING OF THE BRIDGE IN UKRAINE then followed by POWER OUTAGE. Later on the journalists found out that Ukrainians admitted that they bombed their own bridge to avert the coming of the Russians tanks into Ukraine. Chaos followed, Ukrainians got scared and they panic no news from outside of Ukraine, because of power outage. Only days of the first week of the war, journalists were interviewing the soldiers on Russian tanks who admittedly they were UKRAINIANS INSIDE RUSSIAN TANKS. (Archives: CNN & CBC NEWS NETWORKS).

However, Ukrainians started seeking refuge in Poland and other countries in Europe. Just in Poland alone, 2 MILLIONS UKRAINIAN REFUGEES were accepted.

WHY THE COUNTRIES BANNED RUSSIA? That's the question. Because every Ukrainian told everybody it was Putin's fault.  They all have to blame Putin. They hate Russia since actually during the Winter Olympic Games wherein a controversial talented figure skater who was almost perfect was caught taking drugs as medication for heart ailment. The medication for heart ailment is BAN in the Olympic Sports. 

TRUTH CAN NEVER BE TOLD TO UNBELIEVERS BECAUSE THEY DON'T ACCEPT THE TRUTH. Because they believe in lies. Truth can never be told to be believed and understood. They want a limitless of lies and propaganda.. its business.

Once again, Summer McIntosh, the Canadian Olympic athlete  leads with 2 GOLD medals in Swimming (Freestyle & Butterfly) 2024 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES. Congratulations!

Two Gold and Silver Medals in Swimming. What a great victory for her & Canada of course. Is there another sports for her to compete next?

TENNIS - Canadian Team doubles won. Felix-Auger Aliassime defeated Medvedev yesterday's and today has defeated Norwegian tennis player Casper Ruud. It's not over yet for Felix the Cat!

Day 6 and 10 days to go for the Finals.  

When is Rock Climbing? Break-dancing? Marathon, Triathlon, Archery & Target Shooting? 

I think all the cycling is finished. I haven't seen most of it though.

Why Canada? CURIOSITY? Too Excited?

 Could it be the hype of excitement and curiosity that Canadian Soccer Team staff had their drone flew above space of the New Zealand Soccer Team while on training at the 2024 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES in PARIS, FRANCE. Canada Soccer Team are gold medalist in the past why worried? Sinclair no longer play?

Can you call it spying? Anybody can look at what other teams are doing in an "open field." NEWS REPORTERS CAMERAS are allowed in the Olympic venues.

Just that drone surveillance is rendered as "spying?" That's oddity.

For the most part DRONES are actually made or created for the military. Then they realized that there is something more for the drone to do like running an errand, delivery, for entertainment, photography, aerial view topography, surveillance, security, filming a movie or documentary, for gaming purposes as in some kids using drone for drone racing. 

You want me to include Drone Racing in the next Olympic Games? 

Anyway, there are too many games to watch for such as: Archery, Basketball, Equestrian, Cycling, Target Shooting, Tennis, Triathlon, Skateboarding, Gymnastics, Swimming, Golf, Football-Soccer, Rowing, Sailing, Kayaking, Diving, Track & Field, Marathon, Pentathlon, Judo, Fencing, Wrestling, Weightlifting, Volleyball, Water Polo, etc. etc.

NEW SPORTS ADDED: Breakdancing, Sport climbing, Skateboarding & Surfing

Tomorrow is the OPENING CEREMONY of the Greatest Show on Earth.

 It is more cooler today than in previous days. Thank God! Let Autumn here we come? lol 

Hey did you know that it is okay if MAX VERSTAPPEN didn't win the FORMULA 1 last Sunday. Let somebody else win this time and that made McClaren won against Red Bull. Not a joke. Max Verstappen is still NUMBER ONE in overall standing when it comes to racing. I think there's no more challenging outcome if Max always win the race. Make it more highly competitive that the race needs more highly  skilled drivers. Of course Max Verstappen is still the greatest. 

When it comes to TENNIS, for such a very long time it was dominated by the great tennis players such as McEnroe, Billy Jean King, Sharapova, Djokovic, Nadal, Andy Murray and some other young players are getting to be highly competitive at present time. 

There comes a time and generation when new athletes surpassed the veterans. 

However, when it comes to baseball my favourites always been TORONTO BLUE JAYS & 

ATLANTA BRAVES win or lose.

LIVE, DIE, REPEAT!

 What's this I heard that the plan to bid the Olympic Games in British Columbia resulted not in favor for such world event because of its cost about more than 2 BILLION DOLLARS! 

Winter Olympic Games is surely a very costly, expensive event especially if you don't have the proper venue built for the large event that caters to millions of people including the tourists and visitors that will be the spectators for the game. 

Vancouver already spent hundred millions of dollars built for the venue during at the time of Vancouver Olympic Games in 2010. The problem of such event were not the venue or the volunteers but the place of accommodation for millions of visitors, as there was not enough hotels, motels or housing for them to stay for the long duration of the event. Then at the time of the event, for whatever sort of crazy phenomenon, NOT ENOUGH SNOW! Absence of snow in most part of the event at WINTER! That was so shocking that the event organizers had to order truckloads of snow to fill up the Winter sports arena. Then after the event is finished, some of those "visitors" would rather stay in Canada for good. Security becomes stricter and costly because so many of those who would like to stay protested and rallied with placards of OCCUPY the place for their own means. The OCCUPY MOVEMENT.

Why? Hmm, maybe The Occupy Movement had the ancient  map of their own to peruse for their mission. What Occupy Movement looks like? Just like those extremists of the POINT BREAK almost suicidal in their goals. They thought they can "live, die, repeat." They are to the  extremes as if they are powerful, influential, and they thought they are GREEK GODS & DEMONS. They probably are...if they can live forever.

Now you probably know why many countries who sponsored OLYMPIC GAMES are reluctant to hold the larger than life event and would rather screen everyone including the Olympian athletes.  

If you can live, die and reborn...

China had their own way to stop such problem and conflict. The screening is more like a humiliation. The pandemic is one of a kind of lowering the cost. ? Really? I don't know if that's a Novoland: Eagle Flag or Nirvana In Fire inspired strategy. ?

I was screaming and yelling FASTER! FASTER! FASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! while hubby and I watched the Women's Eight on Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games, last night.

Those Canadian women are really faster, fastest than other teams in Women's Eight in rowing. Congratulations!

Tokyo 2020 (2021) Summer Olympic Games

 It was Friday morning when hubby and I watched the Opening Ceremony of the TOKYO 2020 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES. Tokyo 2020 in all the streamlines and banners but the events unfold this year July 2021. 

July 23, 2021 - August 8, 2021. 

I did not see the very initial opening of the ceremony. I happened to watch on our TV screen, the parade of athletes, the parade of Nation (the countries the athletes represent for the Olympic games). Of course the OLYMPIC GAMES aim is simply the traditional purpose of PARTICIPATION. Winning the Olympic Medals is a plus and rewards of achievements and accomplishments for hard work and the great effort each team, each athlete who devoted their valuable time to train themselves despite of all the hindrances, the hurdles and difficulties. What made this Olympic Game different from the rest of the games? The pandemic that crippled the economy, the political and livelihood of billions of people around the world has cancelled this world's traditional relay of the OLYMPIC GAMES,  for many centuries since it had its beginning in ancient Greece. However, OLYMPIC GAMES is about its original, traditional theme of being FASTER, HIGHER, STRONGER but who is WISER? Yeah, who is wiser and witty in this game? The participants of the game or those athletes who wont participate because COVID-19 is stronger?

Everybody has a mind of his or her own. It is for the athlete's wise reasoning whether they play or not play for the Olympic Game. 

I am not a game player for the Olympic Games. I am just a "watcher." Television is our medium of what's happening. What TV Stations and their anchors plus their camera men are our "watchful eyes and keen observant of the main event."

Hey, before I forget, IMAGINE, the song written and sung by the late John Lennon has been a part of the Opening ceremony with different famous artists singing the song from other countries  that include Keith Urban, John Legend, etc. Yep, it's Japan's Olympic Games and they include foreign artists to be included in their Olympic Games representation.

Why? It has something to do with the word SOLIDARITY.

The Rat Race

 I happened to read an old newspaper ad and it made me feel inadequate because it was poorly written. Ha! As if. Nope not the problem of the writer , maybe the problem is the editor who edits the composition.

Here at BLOGGER, the writer and author of blogs are the ones who posted the blogpost, the blog composition and the one who edits the composition. Nobody is to be blamed for your own writing but you. Nobody but you. Nobody but me.

So, better slow down when blogging. Check your composition first for grammar, spelling and the necessary punctuation marks. Review. Review the sentences, the whole paragraphs, etc.

Uhm, wonder what will happen at the TOKYO SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES. How many athletes are infected of COVID-19? Two soccer players, another one in another team from other countries, another 2 athletes from other team, no infection from Canada's team, thank God!

Weird. This is the weirdest Olympic Games in history. Cancelled once to cancel this one again is simply unfair right? I hope this Olympic Games is worthy of the athletes participation. I first thought it was Sinclair who will hold the Canadian flag because after all she is already an  Olympic medalist. Whatever.

More wildfires in the BC interior. More evacuations happening.

What happened to BIG BROTHER 23 (USA). Frenchie became the first HOH and had nominated Alysa and Kyland for eviction. In their first game for POV, Derek Xiao won the POV medal and used it to save Kyland from eviction. Frenchie has to use his power to nominate another house guest and chosen Travis side by side with Alysa. Tiffany thought  a plan to dressed up Travis as a drag would help him out of the eviction seat but only led  him being chosen out of the BB House. Travis - the first victim of eviction process. Kyland won the game for HOH. Another test of paint color splat and Sara Beth won the test , she was asked to choose a new team to join in giving another player to join another team, and later on Kyland has nominated Frenchie & Britani for eviction next. But of course they have to win a certain game to battle with and save themselves from eviction.

It's funny though how disappointed those contestants when they have to play such theme of the PLAYING CARDS: The JOKERS, ACES, QUEENS & KINGS. You can see from their faces that it is not what they expect. 

In previous episodes, in previous editions of BIG BROTHER the themes were really outstanding and out of this world. Players were a lot happier and just playing comfortably. But maybe because the higher risk, the higher prize of $500,000 (or is it $750,000?) triggers sense of  suspicion, panic stress and pressure on Frenchie and everyone. 

Hey, Jeff Bezo and his team should worry too because they will reach zero gravity when ORIGIN lifts off for space in the next days to come,  higher than what Virgin Galactic Richard Branson had achieved.

As usual, to see is to believe.

What happened to Patrick Chan? From being one of the top medallists for Olympic Games in the past,  recently placed 9th on Figure Skating Competition at Pyeonchang Winter Olympic Games. Are you sure? Patrick Chan and his team mates won GOLD already. It's a team effort right there. It's DAY 9 of the Winter Olympic Games, so far. Closing Ceremony on the 25th of February 2018. (From February 9-25 Dateline)

Hallelluiah song's probably his last performance theme. Good enough for the ginger ale to be distributed through the railway. Patrick's one of the railway tigers. Bravo! Well done.

Who should compete anyway for the Olympic games? Only TOP 3 Figure Skaters from countries where competitions were held before the Olympic Games are allowed to compete. Are you one of the top 3 from your country when it comes to figure skating? How scores and points are changing? I don't know. Only the respectable judges knew. For us audience, viewers, watchers or who are at the time, place or venue where competitions are held are supposedly the witnesses to what is happening what we can't see on TV. 

Are you there at the exact venue of the competition? If you are not and just watching the competition on  TV then we can't see the "actual event." It is the same expectations for every figure skaters on the podium. The results are just relayed to us on our TV. On our magnetic rectangular television for viewing pleasure.

By the way, Sam Girard of Canada won gold on Speed skating and female speed skater Kim Boutin of Canada won bronze on Speed skating despite all the odds thrown at her.

Mark McMorris - Winter Olympic Games Champ- Snowboarding

 A documentary was filmed for Canadian Mark McMorris and how he landed, injured and airlifted by Paramedics and their helicopter to the nearest hospital to save his life.

 It was almost a WAR CRY scene for Mark.

 His hopes and dreams to be the Champion and win gold at the Olympics... was shattered.

 Suddenly been taken away from him dramatically

When this young guy who looks like Spiderman (lol) Redmond Gerard became the Olympic gold medalist.

 Strange! Bewitched and bewildered? I myself was shocked at the turn of events during the announcement, Patrick Chan won the second place in Olympic Figure Skating in Sochi.
After all the hard work and discipline he put himself while on training to be the best.

Anyway, Patrick won a silver. Silver  is SILVER. It is an Ag.

It is the silver backing of a mirror.

Rumors upon rumors and TV reporters broadcasting of something unfair, whatever dunno which one to believe.

I could only think of it that the short program that's been judged not the long program. I could be wrong.

It could be the flag. The flag and it's symbol. The manner, style and technical difficulties of their skate. are the basis of judgment.

A figure skater should have the style so unique to that skater to be remembered for such a very long time even for history and the world to be reviewed in the next Olympic Games. The Olympic athletes are the modern soldiers of today. You want to go to war then there's bloodshed and nobody wins. At least this Game is sacred and whatever secrets involved do we have the right to know? Oh shoot! Somebody shoot me. My God! I can't believe that Stanley- milgram is acting up in this computer. I should remain the blonde girl who knows nothing.

Patrick Chan's unique style of skating is that of an eagle flying endlessly. While >>>> Elvis > Remember Elvis Stojko? His style is that of a martial arts Bruce Lee style of a skate which gave him the silver during the Olympic Games in Nagano when he should be the one to receive the gold medal for his perfect skate. The first skater to land several quads. There are skaters mostly professionals who can do the sommersault.  Emmanuel Sandhu is best remembered for his spin and splitting his leg that it's almost impossible for him to do other stunts. But he is known for such style, no one skates like him until the young skater name Michael from Philippines manage to do similar spin. While Yuzure Hanyu, the Yu, the gold medallist from Japan is flawless in his short program and swift enough in his rock and roll rendition...I think a figure skater should be known for its fast flowing jumps, spin and landing when the music accompanying the skate dance is also fast. The audience, the television viewers get in to your rhythm, to the mood and mode if the beat is fast and IF they know the music. However it's up to the judges to give the score not from us. I had seen the skater Denis Ten from Kazakhstan before in world competition on TV and he is quite good. Maybe he is good that's why he is in the Olympic Games winning bronze. Think that he is not Denis the menace. lol

But there is nobody like Elvis Stojko. Why he didn't receive the Olympic gold medal is the one mystery that you have to ask the judges.

I wish to suggest that they should wear new outfit on Olympic Games. They should not wear outfit they wore during the World Championship. Olympic Games is a prestigious competition and it's only every 4 years you got to see it. Once every 4 years a great competition being held that history dated it back from the time of Jesus Christ. So you know how important that event is.

The Prime Minister of Canada is in Mexico for a Tres Amigos version. Know what? Vicente Fox is no longer the President. He was replaced by Enrique Penia Nieto who is a spitting image of Rob Lowe, the actor. What the PM of Canada doing in Mexico? (((Down in Mexico it's sunny days are warm and sweet as honey))) According to the news he wants to have visa trade deals to make travel easier and faster. Uhm...really? Aahahhahaha! J/K

Not long ago the Tres Amigos are played by those three comedians of Hollywood. Followed by the trio: Pres. George Bush, Pres. Vicente Fox and PM Harper.
