ARE YOU HUMAN?

 OMG! What's going on in Canada? Just because the CEO of AIR CANADA didn't speak in French he is being asked to resign? What the heck! The plane crashed or collided with the fire truck at La Guardia in New York, USA. Americans are not French. The critic said he should have at least talked in French and send condolences in the French language. He probably talked to their families person to person. Is the CEO a French guy? Not enough, the critic said he didn't show much feeling of grief on TV. 

How much for Air Canada to lose two pilots, the cost of the damaged airplane, and the injured passengers. Probably he was thinking of lawsuits those passengers will file because of the tragic accident. It is not the pilot's problem anymore because they are dead. The blackbox has the answer. The air traffic control could be blamed including the fire truck driver being at the runway. Why is it the CEO's to be blamed from that accident that he didn't commit.He was not the cause of accident. FGS. maybe time to abolish the French language in Canada so that they could understand better.

ACCIDENTS HAPPENED because of the language barrier. Sometimes the cause of war is definitely misunderstanding of the differences in language.

Majority of Canadians are ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE ... Humans in other words. The PARLIAMENTARY HEAD OF GOVERNMENT is built and established under United Kingdom and every time there is an Oath taking you have to abide and follow through the Order of the King of England. UK is not France. Who you should pledge allegiance with, FRANCE or UK? You don't bow down to France's Macron eh? Is Macron your President?  Do they still have King of France to have loyalty with? Napoleon Bonaparte is dead. Joan of Arc is dead. You guys are in Canada and you should communicate in English. It's the right thing to do. Immigrants who migrate to Canada have to speak English and use English as second language.

It is when you cannot speak the universal language that you have problem understanding the law of the land and that resulted to war.

So the 2% target was reached by Canada. NATO is so happy. While high ranking Canadian officers still waiting their order. Hm, tell me what NATO really is doing with the accumulation of all the billions of dollars from all those countries who are members? Do they really pay in billions of dollars? What they do with the financial aid? 

During the HARPER Regime, he said that he doesn't need to do so. For what? NATO is just sitting pretty in Europe. NATO- North Atlantic Treaty Organization and don't really know what their aim but of course specifically for European countries as their main objective for defense. USA & CANADA are not located in  Europe (see the map) but they are asked to pay in billions of dollars. Well "partly'"some part of their countries are located in the Atlantic.

NATO should have been the bridge between Ukraine & Russia during the supposedly military exercises turned into war. The war between Russia & Ukraine are on its 4th year. Would they still continue killing each other for the next 2 years? Don't they have enough murder on their hands? Oh, I know they want their people migrating to different countries. That alone is an act of invasion. Simple. That's actually ancient act of invasion. An ancient strategy. READ WORLD HISTORY. How virus propagate? It's like a migration.*

Secure your GOVERNMENT probably infiltration is already been happening. OPEN YOUR EYES. Widen your eyes. Yes body snatchers are real!

USA was upset that USA paid their dues and yet they are not being helped with their war in Iran. By the way, Trump gave an ultimatum up to April 6, 2026 for Iran to open its Strait of Hormuz (Persian Gulf).

 UPDATE: The CEO of Air Canada, Mr. Rosseau has resigned (?) Oh darn! Really? Too much pressures from Quebecois? Or from French Society of FRANCE? Simply can't call them 100% True Canadian for the love of French & France. According to ELON MUSK, there is something hypocritical or unfair about it. SURE. Just because somebody is not a French-speaking entity he should be pressured or bullied?  I was thinking about it for sometime. Why make an OATH TO THE KING OF ENGLAND if you bow down with France? Is there an old grudge that seems to be unleashed from old old wrath during the JOAN OF ARC Period of Time or during the Medieval Period? is there something brewing? Are the old French still in rivalry with the British? You know what? There is an old secret about it. No, no, no... we don't need bubonic plague!******

LITERACY DAY

 TODAY IS LITERACY DAY around the world. 

ENGLISH is the UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE. English is widely spoken everywhere around the world. That's why in Philippines, English is our second language. The usage of English language starts in Kindergarten to Elementary, High School and College. English subject is taught in Schools, part of the Academics proven to be helpful in search for employment.

Did you know that English 5 literacy is now included to be admitted here in Canada (Immigration Process). Wow! 

What is ENGLISH 5 in College & University in the Philippines? Do you know? It's about TECHNICAL WRITING. Can you write an essay? We tackled this in 4th Year College. You have to write a report sort of like a thesis and you have to be prepared and ready for oral report, be the professor for an hour in front of the class.

So why there are some people who failed in the Immigration Process during the interview such as failing to answer the interviewer in English? Well, sometimes, the interviewer speak in "slang language or with accent hard to hear." 

Besides, if the person is bilingual or trilingual ... it takes too slow to process language. Just like those French language speaker having problems with English  As you may know so many of the Filipinos speak 3 languages. Actually every Filipino can speak Tagalog & English, however if they were born from the province they have a certain dialect that they also used in regular communication. Dialect is also a language although different from Tagalog and English. 

In China, the mainlanders speak Mandarin. Mandarin is the official language in the Government, spoken by the Aristocrats but in Hong Kong, majority of them speak Cantonese, the rest speak Fookien and Mongolian.

Remember what former Stephen Harper had quoted, "Bilingualism is evil." LOL.  You are communicating in English and you have to translate it in French. The result? TWISTED.

How about being a linguist? Dr. JOSE P. RIZAL had known so many languages, he had spoken so many languages (Tagalog, Spanish, Chinese, German, Slavic, Latin, English). Look at what happened to him.

Level 4 & Level 5 ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

 LEVEL 5 ENGLISH PROFICIENCY required in applying for migration to Canada. Wow! Really? What is Level 5? 

I don't know what level of English proficiency I had but I have a degree in Economics. In Philippines the medium of communication is in English since Kindergarten to College. Filipinos are bilingual, can speak  Tagalog & English and some of us can understand and speak other dialects. 

The medium of instructions in all public and private schools are in English and we only speak Tagalog or Pilipino language when talking to our friends, classmates or schoolmates or at home or in class room Pilipino language subject. At work so many of us speak English simply because it's the norm or but because we talk about medical products. I worked in Pharmaceutical company before where almost everyone speak or communicate in English and all written reports must be in English. I like to impress our Pharma director with my written report. lol. WELL THAT WAS LONG TIME AGO.

Level 4 in University is about technical writing. Skills. You must have high quality of skills when it comes to using the best vocabulary ever. Lexicography. You must have knowledge of thesaurus not just Webster's vocabulary words. You should be very creative in the most intelligent way with a great sense of purpose. Being professional in technical way. What is this for what purpose is technical writing? Well if you want to be an engineer, economist, thesis writer/creator, scientist, researcher, writers, doctors, pharmacist, medical representative, health care workers, businessmen... you must be proficient at Level 4.

LEVEL 4  is somewhat a mathematical equation in calculus. So Level 5 is quite easier if you are talkative.

How great are you or how fluent are Canadians with the English language?

Canadians also have accent event though they speak the language because simply so many of Canadians were immigrants from other countries; Europe, Asians, Latin-American, etc. 

There are some Canadians who are still unable to speak English. What's the trouble? I don't know for sure. Maybe they don't like speaking or talking. Maybe they could write in English. I  hope so. I once met a beautiful Japanese girl who seldom talk but when she showed me her written essay, she's really that good in writing.

Level 5 could be proficiency with communication as you will need this in trading. How you talk with people. You as the "speaker"  must be a good communicator in the English language. If you want to be the leader, the manager of a certain business, you must be fluent in English level 5.  How you sell yourself and promote yourself and your business. You want to be trade union leader, lawyer, a politician, news reporters ... for the media? That could be it. Be talkative! lol

What is Level 6? Hmmm... your English vocabulary must be demonic. Profanity at its highest level, mostly F WORDS. lol j/k
