However, the VIKINGS were originally settled in Canada primarily in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador before anybody else.
Each Province in Canada is governed by Premier all under the Prime Minister & Governor General. Each province has it laws and bylaws and treaty. That's why when the Prime Minister co-signed the oil pipeline deal with Alberta's Premier, the deal was put on hold because the Premier of British Columbia and the First Nations were not asked for consultation consideration on such delicate complicated project first.
