Movies & TV Series

Surprise! I'm not writing much on this page when I should. As you probably have noticed that I wrote more whenever  I watched the number one TV series "The walking Dead." It is somewhat unfair for other television series such as: The Big Bang Theory, Marvel Agents of Shields, The Flash, Quantico, Amazing Race (Canada and U.S.A.), Orphan Black,  Victorious, Big Time Rush and iCarly. Maybe I am a little bit biased. But TWD is one "epic surreal television series and the characters are almost living in such almost real-life world full of zombies." Besides, the actors and actresses in TWD are superbly talented! They have natural talent for acting.

What we had watch so far for this year when it comes to MOVIES? Let me tell you: The latest of the Jurassic park sequel, JURASSIC WORLD is quite exciting even if it's just a sequel. They brought new strength of primates, carnivorous dinosaurs and "dinos who obeyed its master." They brought new vehicle that is amazing until it was wrecked by the vicious cycle of  monstrous dinosaurs that their prime aim in life is destroy anything that are hindrance or barriers to their world.

I watched the sequel to Mission Impossible: ROGUE NATION starring Tom Cruise in his death-defying stunts, running after a running fast airplane at the airport runway before it ascended into its flight schedule. As usual Tom or Ethan Hunt was shown again in a drag-racing with the enemies in the Moroccan landmarks. What's left to see in his daredevil stunts and mystery of the MI is that every character in the story has a purpose and each has to work for their own self-vested interest until they decided to help save their "own kind."

The world and work of stuntmen and women are dangerous. Their works are equally valuable to the movie production and film making. Sure they expect respect and benefits from their source of employment.

What else? ANT-MAN. The story of a very competitive thief  (Paul Rudd) who had stolen an incredible tight-fitting  suit that gives him the power to shrink himself and become smaller than the size of an ant. The special effects of this movie is remarkable. A movie that made Michael Douglas talked and talked non-stop. This movie is similar to the movies "Honey, I Shrunk The Kids."

THE AVENGERS: Age of Ultron, another sequel for year 2015 starring the very talented rather multi-talented Robert Downey Jr.  who appeared sad and tired in this movie. The cast looked very tired and unhappy from the beginning to end. I can only sense that  they are superheroes and time's running out for them when they realized that they have no family of their own to come home (except for one character in the cast of heroes) to and they are getting old and all they can do is help other people, realizing they have to help themselves after all they are humans. The story is about Tony Stark, a billionaire who invented his super power suit and had that super intelligence to act rationally, purposely and deal with the environment according to his conscience and the consensus of his co-superheroes: Captain America, Thor and other Marvel superheroes. Ironman tried to revive the defunct "United Nations - peacekeeping organization" but something goes haywire and that calls for their super skills to be tried and tested  once again saving lives of those greatly affected by disastrous wormholes, chaotic unnatural balance of  natural disaster, including the earthquake in Nepal and other earth's worst turbulence caused by some unknown forces.

The sequel to the movie DIVERGENT and HUNGER GAMES are not that of an exciting movies to watch. Unless these movies (sequel) will provide a better cinematography rather keep us awake by providing remarkable never seen "out of this world scenery" even if just a "mural of somekind but colorful and nostalgic and what else? 3D animation special effects that could make us in a dream state of higher consciousness.



I haven't watch STAR WARS: The Force Awakens, yet.  My sons watched it in the big cinema the day it was opened (premiere opening). They said it was good but I want to hear more from them but they don't want to reveal the whole story. Darn! Maybe I'll just wait for it on DVD or VOD. It will take months to view that movie on VOD. So, that would mean CIAO for now or ALOHA? Ha ha ha ha!

22 Days Before Christmas

As you probably have noticed that "somebody" has deleted a "part or section of my blog that links to a famous newspaper  company." Or the "famous" newspaper company wants OUT of my blog for reasons unknown. It's okay, don't mind that. Maybe it's fortunately better for my blog to thrive that way. THANK GOD!

Too bad! I like their newspaper company. If they don't like me then so be it.

Worse downpour ever at the island and connecting islands in Vancouver area. Sunshine coast is now Downpour. Stormy weather for the past 4 days. Low precipitation. El Ninio monsoon, windy and other unbearable mild calamity. We're alive! Good for the island to have at least water on the ground. There's flooded area in the city of  Campbell River but not enough to cause panic.

You wish the SUN is out there for the betterment of the community because it's December 2015 and everyone should be happy not sad in the celebration of this great annual festivity of the birth of Jesus Christ.

Oh No! Deanna Died On TWD's Episode: Start To Finish

Just as I thought the tower at Alexandria will gave up, collapsed and the zombiewalkers will be able to walk in and caused panic and death upon some of the cast in this apocalyptic saga, number 1 television series of all time!

From START TO FINISH began with Glenn and the girl arriving few hundred steps away from Alexandria but couldn't get to the gate because the zombies surrounded the gated community. Rick Grimes and his group managed to run and then fight if ever get to the close distance with the zombies. They helped each other up when they stumbled, they got up and run and fight again but unfortunately, Deanna fell and was unable to stand up that Rick has to carry her running towards the house of  Jessie (Alexandra). Maggie managed to climb upstairs of the watchtower beside the fence. Inside Jessie's house they checked Deanna's wound and everyone got upset because the pain, the blood and the mark of the zombies is a tell-tale sign there's nothing that they can do with Deanna. But do you think it's a zombie's bite mark or from the "bearing?" Downstairs, the two young boys Carl and Jessie's son fought until the zombies came into the house. You can only blame these two boys who are not thinking properly or being selfish or what? They hate each other guts simply both of their fathers are the cause of the many problems inside Alexandria. "The doctor was an A-hole and a jerk"  just as what Carl said.

While Morgan and Carol guard each other like there's that symbiotic relationship about each other after Morgan saved Carol at the field of zombies. The trainee doctor tried to talk to the "wolfman" at the basement before she gave him the medical treatment he needs for the time being. I don't know if the wound in his stomach is cause by zombies or wound from a fight with Morgan. Probably not from zombies because he didn't end up as zombies but when Morgan and Carol fought, the wolfman was able to regain his strength and stopped Morgan and Carol from fighting by giving both of them a fatal blow that made them unconscious. The wolfman grabbed  the medical aide and held her hostage and the rest of the cast couldn't stop him from getting out of the basement. Well, who can get out from the gated community with all the zombies around. Rick and his group knew what to do, same old tactic, they will blend in wearing the filthy, stinking smelly flesh, rotten zombie flesh splashed all over their clothes will help them get out of the house, out from the gated community. There's no hope for Deanna but she knows what to do. She is a brave courageous woman who only want the best for Rick Grimes and family, and friends. She wants everyone to survive and let civilization come back to life once again. The shocking part of this start to finish episode was when Rick heard her daughter crying, he hurriedly went inside her room and he saw Deanna leaning over the crib.  We screamed in awe ... what a surprise, shocking scene. Well, thank goodness she is still consciously alive, she was just saying goodbye to the baby. You think, she is sucking, biting and nibbling on baby's body parts? OMG! How disgusting!? She didn't eat the baby. it's okay. We didn't see her turned into zombie , hope she wont be a zombie, she has that good spirit. She was able to fired shots at two zombies who arrived at her bedroom while she screamed in great madness as if there's no tomorrow. What will happen in the next episode? Can you predict the next episode?

At the TALKING DEAD, Chris Hadwick showed the next episode. Looks like the rest of the cast wont be able to arrive on time at Alexandria because the bikers stopped them at the highway and gangly asked them to surrender their weapons of mass destruction. Will they give those bikers the military weapons? I don't think so!!!!!!

What a loss of life. Deanna doesn't deserve to die in this episode. As I said why Rick didn't make the Plan A, Plan B or Plan C. Anyway, blame Mr. Robert Kirkman. LOL.


It's a SCIENCE FICTION HORROR TV SERIES. It is surreal. It is not reality. It's just the television series is "almost real." Most of the viewers are just over-dramatic or they can relate to the many mind boggling characters of such said tv series.

TWD

What's new at the TWD series? This time around no sight of Morgan and Carol in the new episode. The episode NOW deals with Rick Grimes running as fast as he could away from hundreds of hungry zombies or walkers. He was able to get inside the gated wall alive because the group of people inside Alexandria led by Deanna were able to quickly opened the gate for Rick . The rest of the cast was waiting for him to tell his own story outside that Alexandria wall. He doesn't know what happened to Glenn, Michone, Andrea, Abraham, and Daryl. Nobody knows. The walkers stand by outside the gate and hopefully it wont give way just like what happened to the broken gates at the prison. Why they never use arrows, spears or ropes to stop the crowd from crowding the walls? Maggie wants to rescue Glenn but it's impossible with too many walkers waiting at the end of the secret sewer, she and Aaron might end up dead instead to save Glenn.  Romance blooms between Rick and   . Do they need to? In an apocalyptic saga surrounded by dead walkers? One false move and they will be surrounded by zombies hungry, real hungry for human flesh. What about the "wolf man" at the basement of Morgan's house? How many wolves in the next episode? Only few episodes left for this dramatic horror series. What? They only started their season's series why only 3 episodes left? Very, very strange indeed. Surprise, that Chris Hadwick of "Talking Dead Talk Show" revealed that Maggie is  pregnant and the father of "would-be baby" is Glenn. So, what really happened to Glenn? We'll wait for the next episode of The Walking Dead next Sunday at 6pm on AMC.

Fascism?

The Walking Dead: Episode "Here's Not Here." A gentle, more compassionate tribute to the zombies or walkers and biters. In this episode, the arnis (using a wood pole or wooden spear was used by Morgan to battle with the zombies because sharp wood can also kill). His technique to conquer zombies was featured on grassy field and then the zombies were burnt instead of burying them underground. However, those who were not burnt properly became firewalkers. Inside the forest the burning could be dangerous. Then he met Eastman who owned a goat which able for him to live and survive because of milk and goat's cheese. Morgan was jailed inside Eastman 's house and learned the art of confrontation. He learned aikido (which means not to kill) and lessons from Eastman. Eastman also is using martial arts by using arnis (piece of wood to hit opponents). Eastman taught him the value of life. You have to bury the dead underground and have their names written on piece of wood so that they can be recognized by next of keen or for recording history or family tree whatever. Whether the zombies are menace in this TV series still is you have to show compassion and he thought he was winning on this kind of educating Morgan then something happened tragically, he was bitten by one of the zombies. Morgan told the story to his captive, one of the "wolves" (Wolfman) whose yellow teeth is evident, maybe eating too much cheddar cheese?

 It was an hour and 26 minutes of Here's Not here (Where are the original cast of TWD?) Who Morgan is to be the main character of this TWD? My goodness is it a Morgan Le Fay or Morgan the pirate story? FGS!!!!!! Long episode, tedious and you wonder again where are the cast? Long featured episode,  simply because they are showing trailers of BADLANDS. No guns but sharp blades, samurais, axes and knives used by strong, wicked people on planet earth. Fascism? The introduction of fascist warriors. The strong remain stronger and alive? Now what? They didn't show Rick and his group, nor what really happened to Glenn and the ORIGINAL CAST. THE WALKING DEAD series belong to the ORIGINAL CAST and if they are not in the most highly acclaimed TV series it becomes boring!!!!!!!!! and better watch Hugh Hefner's Quantico. Anyway, I found the story of Quantico even BORING and absurd, you might want to resurrect the FBI Director Edgar HOOVER to give Quantico the right story based on real FBI.

Why THE WALKING DEAD series is HOT? Because there is no sex and nudity. Who would like to have sex in apocalyptic event? Are you crazy? Why Johnny Depp do not engage in sex with co-stars in his movies? Simply because it doesn't call for it. He can bring the movie alive without nudity and sex scenes. He's a good actor!  Long time ago,  movie production companies tend to lure their moviestars to engage in sex in forceful manner because that's what moviegoers like. NOT TRUE! It turned out there are so many pedophiles and they tried to exploit young movie stars and starlets to engage in sex,  like it's natural for them to be exploited that way. Many stars were victims of such EXPLOITATION that one by one they would sue those production companies and sue their alleged rapists.

Walking Dead Again?

Why you should not wear ZOMBIE costume on Halloween night and do your trick or treats on every door at your neighborhood? Simply because I don't want you to end up like Bill Murray in ZOMBIELAND (starring Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and that little girl named Abigail Breslin?)

Have you seen the episode:" |Thank You "  yet of the WALKING DEAD? In this episode Nicolas died, he is a look-alike of the leading character Glenn Rhee, the boyfriend of Maggie (Steven Yeun). The zombies were after Nicolas and Glenn and they were cornered along the wire fence, the two guys managed to climb the dumpster (big garbage bin) Nicolas couldn't fathom the large crowd of zombies around them that he committed suicide despite Glenn's warning. One of the guy fell from the dumpster and all of a sudden the crowd of zombies started to get their claws savagely ripping off his body and his blood and intestines were all over the place. It was gut wrenching scene and Glenn was yelling and screaming non-stop. That's the last scene showing Glenn and Nicolas.

Could it be that Nicolas was on top of Glenn and it was Nicolas's body that those hungry savage zombies are having for lunch?

Could it be that Glenn was having a nightmare?

While Rick Grimes was running fast to get to Alexandria so that he could help the group of survivors who were attacked by the people called "wolves." He was able to get to the fenced line and managed to drive the RV and made contact to Glenn but no answer, only from Daryl who was still in the "death march" together with Abraham and the girl inside the car. With large population of the zombies following them, there's really just one false move and they'll be  instant food for these zombies. Rick Grimes were then attacked by the group of "wolves" and was able to shoot them one by one, but because of the sound the zombies started coming towards his RV. Uhm, dunno what's the next episode. Wait until next sunday.

Shocking Unforgettable Scenes of WALKING DEAD

It was quite upsetting to watch a horror drama with lots of action and suspense. Too intense for those viewers who are new to this kind of gory macabre scary apocalyptic scenario but if you are used to watching zombie movies nothing can scare you unless of course something happened unexpectedly like what happened on your favorite number one zombies series. The first time I was blown away by this raging savage zombie series,the episode when the pregnant wife (Lori) of Rick Grimes was about to deliver her baby and there's no doctor around to help her and no medical supply, only Maggie and Carl Grimes who are not prepared nor do not know what to do, they are not doctors and they have NO knowledge about operation. Even doctors can't do it only SURGEON. Right GP can't perform surgery. They were in sort of trauma and panic because at the same time they were being attacked by zombies inside the prison. So shocking that Maggie slashed or cut open the womb of Carl's mom > LORI without anaesthesia because that's what Lori asked so that at least they can save the baby. SHOCKING!  I don't know why she cannot push her baby out or have normal delivery. Could be the infant is so big or breach whatever but that's the unexpected unbelievable scene that is uncalled for. The next fatal blow is when Beth (the sister of Maggie) is being rescued by Rick Grimes from the claws of Dawn at the hospital. Beth stabbed Dawn on her chest and in sudden impact of reflex that Dawn fired her gun and shot Beth to death, in retaliation Dawn was killed afterwards. It was the moment of truth that justice is fast and quick just like that. Instantly without words being uttered. That scene was horrible. Fans of Walking Dead series once again got the shock they never even want.

Next, the TERMINUS scenes when the main cast were taken as survivors and the Terminus would like to help the group of Rick Grimes, instead the unknown cult group will use them actually as "food"  Next shocking ordeal was the slaughter scenes at the chapel. One by one, the group of Rick Grimes stabbed the Terminus guy to pieces. He was bludgeoned to death. All these gory scenes were horrible and so freaky that no kind of words are enough to describe apocalyptic events. Well, if that's true to life would you be caught in such dramatic horror where dead people walk and eat anything that moves and bite, eat, gnaw, gobble up  human beings? Vampires are too lame, they only suck fresh blood from their victims. Zombies are notorious they eat flesh, all body parts just to satisfy their hunger.

You don't have to be a hero! You don't wanna be a hero and lose your life for the sake of saving another life. SAVE & RESCUE somebody's life when you have enough power, muscle power, lots of money, when you don't know where to put your money like you want to share them until you don't have any. Well, that's for those people who think that praises will uplift them. That's another story not WD.

EPISODE: THANK YOU is a matter of analyzing whether to help or rescue somebody can only lead to losing your own life. Think twice! Analyze. Listen to advice and suggestion. Too late?

For your safety on Halloween night or Halloween festivity, please wear fantasy or beautiful costumes. DO NOT WEAR ZOMBIE COSTUMES. You'll never know how people will react once you look-like too good to be true zombie-like creatures. It's for your own safety.
