Proven to be one of the most wisest and most clever effective way to prohibit legal and illegal migrants from entering a sovereign state. Otherwise protecting their own people from those who will take away the nation's wealth intended for their own people. TRUE. Charity always begin at home. What is home when you cannot provide wealth and welfare to your own children?

Problems with the sky train in Vancouver as in "getting stuck" to the railway? People are so used to be in the fast lane and everybody wants to go home right away. The easy way -out. The FASTEST anybody or everybody to get home is through the BULLET TRAIN which is available in Japan.

Maybe the Canadian government will order the bullet train next.

Even the computer texting is so slow nowadays. Getting stuck as if somebody is "blocking" the conversation. Wow!

The ANALYZER ROBOTIC watchdog is probably listening and tracking every conversation on earth.

That could happen you know.

There are so many DRONES flying in Canadian and American air space so as many UFO's wherein so many of us are taking for granted.

Anyway, EARTH is still Earth and people are still people not soylent green.

Please SLOW DOWN once in a while thereby saving yourself and energy.

Do You Think Spitting Is Bad?

Did you know that SPITTING in public is against the law?

In oil rich countries especially in the Middle East spitting is forbidden. You'll be put to jail when you're caught spitting.

Spitting saliva in Singapore is also not allowed. Spitting chewing gum and spitting whatever, wherever and anything   inside your mouth is forbidden. You're not only be put to jail but you'll pay certain fine.

Who Should Be The National Artist in Philippines?

 

The woman with the golden voice! Yeah she is known as the Philippine's greatest singer because of her golden voice. There is nobody like her. She can be compared to Michael Jackson for having such unique VOICE that everyone could never make a mistake identifying that she is the original singer for those popular songs in her generation. NORA AUNOR is and should be the National Artist because she is not only famous and fabulous singer but because she is the BEST ACTRESS that every Filipino knew since the 70's. Actually I have "known" her since I was 5 years old because my sister Emmy and my cousin Ate Offie used to brag about their idols. As a matter of fact they both have thick notebooks (writing stories, news, events about their idol's life) and thick album compiling the hundreds of photographs they collected of these famous stars namely Nora Aunor, Vilma Santos, including their love teams Tirso Cruz III and Edgar Mortiz. They watched their movies  (mostly musical-comedy theme) which at that time were popular and hot for box office. Yeah, knowing nobody has television sets before year 1970, so the cinema or movie houses were in S.R.O. most of the time.

The question is how and why Ms. Nora Aunor was not taken seriously to be given the right award and recognition despite her enormous talent compared to those who were given the award? What could be the problem? Who are the board of directors and judges? What are the criteria or qualities that they followed in choosing Philippine's National artist? Or they are looking for somebody who is good, conscientious, somebody without a sin. Sinner or Saint? Kaya pala sabi nya, " Walang himala!"

Are they too personal? It should be based on TALENT, Artistry, awards and recognitions given to that specific artist as the basis for the "qualified artist."

NATIONAL ARTIST is too generalized I think. Do they choose somebody that can paint masterpiece? Do they want a great writer who can write like Shakespeare? There should be a category to emphasize what kind of artist they want to choose. Too many ARTISTs out there actually. But if they want to choose somebody that look like a saint or saintly artist they should go to Church and choose the many statues inside. They should go to Vatican City and find out how many they can choose at Sistine Chapel. Maybe they can't choose movie stars and singers for National Artist because they are "commercially business-like in nature" unlike other artists who were too rich and wealthy giving away masterpieces for public viewing for FREE. Am I wrong? Just tell me if I'm wrong. lol

You can be a NATIONAL ARTIST maybe when you can promote artistry without the need for compensation? Now it makes me question the validity of Dr. Jose Rizal's heroism.

Don't tell me the process to choose the national artist will be in the "process of elimination ala pope-like version." Baka mamaya si Sen. Enrile pa ang manalo or Bong Revilla. Hay naku ANGELS & DEMONS.

Let Me Give You A Severe Anxiety

I was reading the newspaper Campbell River Courier Islander when my husband asked how those newspaper can make money from just barely those news and few pages to read. Then I said, "did you notice every page from newspaper has advertisement, numerous advertisements actually." Those ads or commercials paid for the publication even if the paper circulation or subscription within the community is free of charge. It's the same thing with the internet. Just look at how many million ads on your Facebook. As  Facebookers  or member of Facebook list you are the ones advertising the many products you used from didgital camera, cellphones, computers, books, TV, food, and all the products you use, eat, and consumed as seen on the internet you are the consumer and provider of everything that matters. The companies sometimes do not need to advertise because you are the consumer using their products and know what these favorite companies of yours are lucky and thankful because if a popular movie star or television star advertising such product like camera, shoes, and clothes the companies lose millions of dollars. Hard to believe?



Let say one popular guy advertised a pair of Nike shoes. The Nike company paid the star at least $50 million dollars (just an example). So what happened? The price of shoes went up to high heavens and only few can purchase the shoes because it become almost unaffordable. The company has to lower the wages of its workers. What the company received in return? Less profit! Big tax payments? Well depends on the result of revenue if they had profit or loss. They probably have losses  because who can afford expensive unaffordable shoes? And that's why too many pirated shoes. It's the fake shoes that are selling more than the original. Just an assumption. They wont tell you the truth anyway. Tell me the truth...

This is the truth. Rubber shoes are supposedly made in countries with rubber trees. If you prefer plastic shoes then think that it's made in countries with so many corn plantation. However cellulose can be produced also from forest trees such as the trees from Canada.


So what happened to the tar sands going and flowing to the Northern Pipeline Gateway? Oh my! This is an old story. The story is as old as 1990. What year now? It's 2014, dude! It's the same old story.

If you have skin diseases, suffering from psoriasis, melanoma, and other pain and angst (anxiety) so severe without a cure then the tar sands have been on your skin already.

Cancer of Society

Too many DOCUMENTARIES that were seen by me through our television and I want to tackle them one by one here at my blog.

There are documentaries and they are probably true not fiction.

First about the topic about DEPRESSION. Most of the depressed people in this world are young people. Most of them are young ones who were bullied at a very young age and at the place you wont even imagined. In SCHOOLS. We know that young kids are bullied everyday in Elementary schools but in High Schools and University there are young men and women who were bullied of how they looked so let's assume it's about race and colors.

RACISM is always a part of that bullying system. When it becomes so extreme racism becomes a form of EXTORTION.  No matter how many times it's been aired on television news and popularized everywhere you go from city to city to another country; bullying is so rampant and there is nothing that we can do about it until it's too late. Even government authorities are bullied and so as the police and the military so who we need to ask for help if we are bullied, subject to prejudice and cast away?

When sometimes RACISM becomes a torment it can be overwhelming and SUICIDES happened within a glance instantly without a warning. How to stop racism? Those who were bullied are also victims of bullying before so they know and what they are doing now are sort of revenge.

There are too many movies of how and why racism and bullying are happening every now and then it's almost part of life. What to do now is to be tough, be brave and unite against racism and bullying. Join a group that hate racism and bullying. Together we can beat that recurring cancer of society.

Advancing OVERLORD

D-Day Celebration is too early! Or are they taking advantage and advancing their steps and strategies? It could be.

Well it's D DAY LANDING which is on the 6th of June as the first commemoration of the FIRST landing in 1944.

Great for the many Veterans who are in dire need of help and support. Time to reminisce the unhappy sad memories, for good times and bad times war had inflicted their minds and hearts. There'll be tears of joy and tears of hope to reconcile with their old comrades, their old friends and acquaintance. It's a tribute for those who survived the once dreaded wars of horror, famine, destruction and death.

Leaders from many parts of the world will gather together in a country that is neutral and diplomatic to the sides of the Veterans and for those who are still living but with the scars of the  memories brought on by unforgiving war of World War II.

Let it be known that what happened in WWII cannot be replaced, cannot be rewritten and most of all you can't replace with another story. What happened in the past is certainly a thing of the past. The memories of those who sacrificed themselves will forever be heroes no matter what. Please do not re-write history and don't change history because HISTORY happened for a certain reason and you can't put them back again even if you have a time machine.

June is the celebration of the birth anniversary of Dr. Jose Protacio Rizal. He is the National Hero of the Philippines. He was born in Calamba, Laguna on June 19, 1861 from a prominent frugal  Chinese-Filipino family. Their family's lineage (genealogy) can be traced from the   Spanish clan Mercado, Alonzo.

The celebration is not even in my calendar. What calendar they followed? Jewish? Chinese? Mayan? Aztec? Roman calendar maybe?

 Flag Day on the 14th of June.      Father's Day on the 15th of June. On the 24th day is the National Day for Quebecers or in Quebec.

There are so many numerous days of celebration for the month of July. Of course notably the main celebrations for:
July 1 - Canada Day
July 4-  Independence Day in Canada
