TALENT ALONE is not the only way to success. You have talent but you don't have money and you are exploited most of the time because of your talent then it's a lost cause!

Talented people are sometimes managed by wicked and greedy managers. It's the managers who are benefiting from it all. Too bad!

How you can change that? How in the world that talented people have to suffer?

I think it's about time that there are vigilants who should investigate on this unruly kind of exploitation. It's about time to face the truth and it's about time to be honest with your dealings. Opportunities should be given to the most talented people despite of  their age, religion, status and gender. On equal opportunity, equal pay for equal work? Would the wage equal too? Or the salary and wages is based on seniority and experience? That is for intelligent people to master. Seniority and experience always count! While attitude and personality plays a part in the workplace. Favoritism? There's always favoritism. The management favors employees who are hardworking or industrious, courteous and polite. Employees who follow the rules and code of conduct of the company.

The management hate workers who bite the hands that feed them. The management don't like lazy workers and workers who keep on complaining. If they complain they should at least inform the management and voice out the complaints face to face. If they are unhappy and felt they are unable to work in that company they should resign. But for the most reasonable ways to deal with things you are complaining about some bosses are not deaf to those complaints and maybe they can give you the right opportunity to work better and maybe increase your wages and promotions > much awaited especially if you think you are the " company's asset and liability."

Dancing With The Stars has ended last nite. It was team Tony Dovolani and Melissa Rycroft who won the 2012 DWTS Mirror Ball Trophy.

The Two Runners Up: Team Derek Hough and Shawn Johnson + Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy

The three teams were good dancers and they all received 10's in their past dances before. Whose teams are your favorites? What are the basis and what category do you think they performed to end up as runners up and winners?

Here's my own opinion:

Team Derek and Shawn - both of these dancers are excellent. Excellence in everything that they do performance wise they are what you can call "Olympians" seeking perfection and were trained by perfectionist. They never fail to surprise us with their risky dance moves and steps. They are the team who are not afraid to perform acrobatic stunts to stand out and be different from the rest of their group. They are one of a kind and they deserved to win and they won already in the past. No doubt that they are great! E for Excellence! They should join the Cirque de Soleil.

Kelly Monaco and Val C. - we all know that she is a soap TV actress, she made you cry in her dramatic scenes. She can dance and won awards already in this DWTS show. She showed what she knew and we know her dance steps already. We know her moves. She's beautiful and she's sexy despite her age so people love to see her and watch her on TV.

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani - Melissa is a reality actress and a Dallas cheerleader? So she can dance. She's young and vibrant. She dances according to the music. She is simple and modest. They dance beautifully and gracefully. She's tall, beautiful and looks energetic. New face in showbiz. Only this team has no award yet and they deserved to be given an award as what those people said.

A dance doesn't need to be overtly pompous or over the top. But when other dancers excelled in so many talents other dancers have to exert too much effort to win. How to determine who wins? In DWTS they need points and score to outwit other dancers or teams. Score from the three judges and points from viewers. Now you know how those dancers won? Simple addition. Simple computation of score + points.

What really happened in the Amazing Race 2012 last Sunday? All the cast for the TV's hottest popular show was still in Russia. Abba and James (rocker and lawyer) was asked to produce a passport while the rest of the group or contestants were to learn Russian dance wearing military uniform. Well, that's after they finished with their exam about timeline (International dateline). In this episode the lawyer and rocker, James and Abba were eliminated from the race. The pit stop is unbelievably Russia. I think they were in Georgia or in another part of the world.

Family Guy's Stewie together with Brian the dog and another guy went to another place outside of Quahog and ride the time machine and were stuck in the World War era Jews vs Hitler. Stewie in desguised as Hitler is really hilarious. Bravo!LOL!

Rick Mercer (Rick Mercer Report) usually surprised us with his ridiculous antic, powerful messages enough for the politicians to throw tantrums and his many odd jobs and adventure along with an experience being a border patrol where he was caught off guard being thrown out from the boat as he was dropped on the sea by the coast guards. His courageous up and down zipline adventure and leaning to the highest tower in Ontario while the wind blew wildly and his rollercoaster ride several times to let his viewers that nothing frightens this man. He should be the next Prime Minister of Canada.

Oh that guy Mr. Justin Trudeau? He should not apologize for what he said about the Albertans. It's OK to blurt or it's okay to be opinionated. After all Albertans also have something to say to the people of Quebec. Everybody knows that. Canadians don't mind if you have OPINIONS. Be transparent.  It's time for people to talk. At least we know that Canadians can talk. It's about time!!!!!!!

MOVIES I watched lately:

THE WAY BACK - movie about "prisoners" convicted and wrongly accused in RUssia were thrown in the "gulag" and into Siberia and suffered all the consequences brought on by the cold climate and without food whether they will survive it's up to them to be able to escape. It's more likely survival of the fittest.

EXPENDABLES 2 - I should have watch the part 1 first but anyway, because this movie is a combination of all 80's action stars, blockbuster movie stars such as: Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chuck Norris, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Bruce Willis, Arnold S., Jason Statham, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Nan Yu (Maggie) chinese actress that I don't even know only now. Jean Claude Van Damme was a vilain in this movie. Shocking! So the story goes Mr. Church (Bruce Willis) asked the mercenaries Expendables to go on assignment once again but this time one of their men was caught named Billy (Liam H.) and was killed. The mercenaries then resort to avenge and on to revenge on this non-stop action movie with loads of  modern weapons and lots of explosion. Killing rampage continued for several minutes and the ending? You wont believe how mad Sylvester Stallone is. You wont believe his rage and character in this movie. You have to watch it for yourself.

DREAMHOUSE - Rachel Weiz and Craig (007) it's about a charming couple with two young daughters living in a small community with a secret of its own including the secret of the house they were residing. More of a psychological thriller movie and supernatural combined to twist your mind.

The True Meaning of Conquest

There are several movies I watched in the past few days. Although I will discuss them one by one and only the main highlights of those movies I have to relate. BUT do I need to when they can read the entire story of every movies in wikipedia? Right? So I only can relate what my opinion is with what I have perceived in those movies and why you should watch it too. Sometimes watching movies nowadays is not to know the true colors of those actors and actresses and just relied on their acting whether it can pass to the test. Did you know that there are so many movies and tv shows nowadays who are filmed with veteran moviestars yet they are using different screen names. I think that's good for them to try variety of screen names just to show the world that they cannot be left behind or stagnant because of their original names that may lead them not to be chosen for the roles intended in the movie or television shows. This also a barrier to the most bankable movie stars who are raking millions in the box office. Then suddenly the movies flop and they can no longer receive offers. It is in those moments that they have to recover what have been lost and try to regain their strength and try new venture by changing screen names after all it's all about ACTING that matters and name is just a matter or remembering them.

When I watch movies I don't care who are the people in it. What matters to me is the STORY. If the story is flat and ugly no need to watch it. Of course every moviegoers want to watch movies with beautiful sceneries and with beautiful cast. I like movies with people who not only can act but people with beautiful face. That's the reason why movies were in demand at the time of the Liberation. It is the time when Elizabeth Taylor and other beautiful actresses and handsome men were chosen to lead Hollywood. It is for these bevy of handsome, lovely, gorgeous and cute faces that lead us to watch movies. Even the uglees demand BEAUTY in every movies being made. That's the TRUTH. The uglees are the ones demanding that all movies should have beautiful people with beautiful face so that they can at least SEE the goodness of  the people on earth. Did you know that?

When the Spaniards brought VIRGIN MARY 's replica, statues and photographs in the colonized islands, the pagans were then converted. Paganism gone and Christianity ruled the world.

AMAZING RACE? From LA, USA to China. China to Bangladesh. Bangladesh to Turkey. Turkey to Russia. To Russia with Love? After the cast of characters for this round the world journey around the world, Phil Keoughan and his team went to Russia and found so many clues. The contestants went to find the clue card inside the yard full of statues. They went towards the biggest library in Moscow to find the four books written in Russian language. As a matter of fact only Trey and his fiancee had to do this task while the rest of the contestants have to learn synchronize swimming at the biggest swimming pool in Russia. You wont believe that USSR is built in the foundation of BIGger buildings and BIGGER ideas. They have the biggest shopping malls in the world called GUM arcade. Their museum is the biggest in the world. Their ship and so many buildings are bigger than other buildings in the world. BIG is the word! BIG is better according to Russians. According to the Marxists and Lenins.

In this episode of the race. They all have to unlock padlocks from the tree of love located on a drum bridge. Trey and fiancee were first to arrive at the pit stop and the rest followed. Abba and James had problems. First they lost their money in Bangladesh. In Russia they lost their bags including their passport. Rocker and lawyer > the occupations of these two guys. Passport! Is that a problem? Obviously it's a problem if you are travelling around the world and if you will board planes. Airplanes!

The power of attorney is not a problem for a lawyer right? But can a lawyer practice his profession in another country? There are consulates and embassies in every countries in the world. Actually nowadays it's not hard to get a passport unless of course the people who worked at the passport office is practicing the "red tape." Or problems with the "waiting game." It's always been "procedural type of getting what we want" wether we pay for that thing or not. Follow the law of the land.

How we want to travel in this time and age? Can we use our facebook account to facilitate traveling in different countries? Oh well, security at the airport would appreciate the need for passport whether you like it or not. Pay your passport, pay your visa, pay your ticket and keep clean and calm down. PAY is the secret word.

YOU PAY what you need, you follow the procedures yet there are people practicing red tape and trying to mess your good standing in the society you are residing then that's another story.
